A: Yes, it comes with 3 cartridges and 3 packs of paper. It does work with the New version of the Selphy printer as well as the old. They changed the machine and added new features but kept to the old but awesome quality paper and ink cartridges. I love the printer and the bundled paper/ ink!

A: since the ink is not a liquid, it should be fine. i have purchased some old boxes that were older than that and they work just like new. just be sure they are stored properly and not allowed to freeze or get too hot as heat is part of the print process. look at it as a solid sheet of laser toner
