Had trouble getting it to find the WiFi but worked great on USB. Had it about 4 weeks and it works as promised and prints great pictures which is why I bought it.

Easy to setup and accepts a wide range of paper types. I needed a way to skip the drug store photo shops and proof a photo first (color, red eye, and other subtlety’s) you can miss on the monitor.

I have wanted a large format printer for many years and I have been so happy with this one. I purchase a lot of digital scrapbook papers online and this will print them on 12x12 paper (use the custom settings). They are beautiful prints.

Excellent printer, great prints, uses aftermarket inks without problem. Bought a second one in reserve for the future.

Bought this printer for my wife. it takes a grey cartridge which made our Daughters wedding black and white photos AWESOME.

This is a great economical way to print newsletters or large format photos. I love having separate color cartridges to reduce ink costs. Highly recommended.

the printer showed up broken and then me trying to get some help to solve the issue was a mess with your customer service. then went into the Best Buy geek squad per the customer service who scheduled the appt said this is what i was supposed to do but NOPE - It was a waste of time as they couldn't help me. It would be nice if your customer service had more training on what do to so you don't waste your time going in circles of how to solve the issue to replace the printer

The clarity on this printer is crystal clear and pretty fast. It prints photos as large as 13x19 and for my photography business its a plus.

The ink is expensive but the quality is very good. I recommend this printer.

So far, this has been a awesome printer.Clear and crisp photos.

Very nice quality images. I love the 13"x19" size prints. The Black and white photots are stunning on this printer too.
