This printer is outstanding for color
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've never had a printer that only did one thing before, and after my HP PhotoSmart printer finally quit giving out color properly I knew I wouldn't be happy with an all in one unless I spent a lot of money to get a high end machine. Through online reviews, etc I realized that it was possible to get the graphic/photo quality i wanted by buying a moderately priced everyday printer/copier/scanner and a dedicated color printer with very good graphic quality. This was a great decision for my needs. The printer is has wonderful quality and the cost was reasonable, even with buying two printers. I am very pleased.

Just ok!

Picture quality was just ok for me. Was expecting it to be a lot better. Printer wasn’t detecting the WiFi during setup, so it had me use a USB cord. Once the connection was made, it had me remove the USB... the WiFi was detected and worked fine.

After trying other printers and experiencing many paper jams, I knew I wanted one where the paper is loaded from the top, and also where I could see how much paper I had left. That is only one of the great features of this Canon printer. I can also easily print from my phone and laptop.

Need more training
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the printer showed up broken and then me trying to get some help to solve the issue was a mess with your customer service. then went into the Best Buy geek squad per the customer service who scheduled the appt said this is what i was supposed to do but NOPE - It was a waste of time as they couldn't help me. It would be nice if your customer service had more training on what do to so you don't waste your time going in circles of how to solve the issue to replace the printer
