I read many reviews of this printer before buying and want to use it primarily as a photo printer for photo album prints and for larger prints to frame and decorate home. I am somewhat disappointed with the quality of the photo print colors. They are not as vibrant or stunning as I expected they would be with this quality printer. There is a pink tint to all the photos and canon customer support has not been able to help me remedy this. I am very disappointed and wish I had bought the canon Pro 100 for a little more money.

Admittedly, i have used this printer more for office use than a dedicated photo printer. However the two prints I did make on 8.5”x11.5” turned out fabulous.

This is a good printer for my needs. Its a little slow warming up and at times its a bit slow printing up pictures. But results are Great once it gets going. Also being able to print large 11x17 , 13x19 prints also print on CD's is a plus. Nice!

This printer has all the features I was looking for. The print is clean and quick. The scanning function is very easy to run from either the printer or remotely from my PC. This printer was definitely worth the money.

I had many pictures to scan and print. The quality of this printer is great. A guy came in and set it up for me an explained about this and that of this product, which I needed since I am a novice. He explained that it would use so many dots and would make excellent pictures. And the ones that I have done - good!

Connected just fine. Prints good. Pictures have really good color rendering. A little darker than camera image but not much.

Fantastic printer. The print quality of my photos are awesome. I can't say enough about the color, what a difference from my HP printer. My sister and I both bought the Canon Pixma IP8720 and we are very satisfied with this printer. The color, image quality are great.

Excellent color match when printing from the program to the picture. Also,when you first send it to the printer the time elapsed is quick

It works very good, it's nice to be able to print my own photos!

I love this printer. It took a minute for me to get use to it. The photo quality is high. I love the drivers to change saturations on this printer. I even bought a printer cord because wifi can be shooty. It took a about 30 minutes to set up the wifi.

the printer showed up broken and then me trying to get some help to solve the issue was a mess with your customer service. then went into the Best Buy geek squad per the customer service who scheduled the appt said this is what i was supposed to do but NOPE - It was a waste of time as they couldn't help me. It would be nice if your customer service had more training on what do to so you don't waste your time going in circles of how to solve the issue to replace the printer

The colors are great. I printer alot of photos and theres alot more ink left…..

I am happy I purchased the iP8720. It gives me the print that I was looking for in a printer.

The Canon iP 8720 is a very good photo printer. I'm printing at 12 x 17 @300 dpi and I'm very pleased with the quality of the large prints so far. Best of it's kind and a great price at Best Buy.

After initial set up concerns(I am Not technical!), my husband turned it on, pressed a series of buttons and off we went.... I had missed pressing a button in a specified manner... it was a simple instruction that I simply missed. After that, We were able to quickly set up the wifi and have had no issues. The printer does everything promised.

Its a great printer for office stuff. I use it once in a while for photos. The photos quality is just ok. I have always gotten better quality from printers with multiple ink cartridges like epson. Wifi on it works great. I print from my phone all the time.

This the best printer I have ever bought, great quality prints.

Quick and quiet prints. Better than average resolution.

Bough this printer for my screen printing business. It’s a great printer.

Love the large format. Prints are clear without visible pixelation I was getting from other photo printers
