    I like the way the color prints turn out. I'm happy with the fact that it can print up to a 13" x 19" size paper but, it sucks on simple black ink prints. I've been through every type of cleaning on the machine and purchased new ink. I'm so glad that I purchased a two year warranty. It's going back to the store because I'm tired of the smudges and streaks.

    Impossible to set up, takes forever. WiFi is a joke to try to hook up, known printer head failures as well.
