Not awesome, might return. Although ink is easy to load and copies look good, there are multiple problems:
1. Does not print duplex (2-sided)
2. All instructions, including set-up, must be accessed on smartphone or computer. No manual included.
3. It says that the ink will leak if the printer is moved and recommends putting it in a plastic bag to transport it!
4. Only has external paper tray.
5. Is pretty loud and slow.
6. Scan interface on computer has such a tiny image of the scanned document that it's hard to see if it looks right before moving on to next scan.

This printer offers incredible value. Unlike other manufacturers that give you "starter" cartridges with very little ink, Canon gives you full vials of each color to use. With black rated for 7,000 pages and the color vials rated for up to 6000 pages you won't be buying ink very often and since each color is separate, you will only buy the color you need when it runs out. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great printer for the pricepoint. Gone are the days where you have to run to the store for ink halfway into a project. 1st use was to print 200 some Chip bags (with color photos) on Glossy 2 sided Paper. Didnt need the 2nd glossy side, but printed as good as I had hoped, clear details. This G3270 prepped for printing quieter than my previous G63xx (I think but doesn't have duplex printing. Good for home projects. And I'm only down abou 1/4th on ink!!!

This worked great for one year! I printed a lot, but less than 2000 pages - I hadn’t even done an ink change yet. Then it broke, just 3 weeks after the one year warranty expired. All the paper started jamming in sideways, and it told me to clean the rollers. I did everything the manual told me, and finally hired a repair person, but the repair person wasn’t able to fix it without taking a risk to break open parts of the printer that were seal. They said it wasn’t an easy printer to fix.

Really enjoy this printer. Does everything I need it to do. I've had quality photo specific printers over the years and they just cost an arm and a leg to run prints. Although this printer does not print large and may not have the IQ as a dedicated photo printer it does allow for nice prints up to standard size photo paper and the IQ results are great. Cost to ratio for ink is nice to with the tank inks.

Good print quality, no physical manual, screen is small., photos look great, learning curve could be easier on how to change from scanning and printing. I love the ink refill bottles. Easy to replace ink.
Wish this printer automatically flipped for 2-side

While the print quality is good and the size is compact, it is annoying to have to turn the paper around if printing two-sided. It is especially problematic if printing several pages.
