Good printer. Worth for money. I recommend this printer

Purchased this printer, based on reviews of printing output, having bright and vivid colors. I’ll start with set up. Instructions were specifically for the app which you needed to download. No instructions are had to set it up on a PC, had to figure that out on my own. No manual on what the settings were so I had to look that up as well. The color output was very dull and not bright or vibrant. Wasted a pack of 50 invitations no matter what setting I used. Ended up ditching all those wasted invitations and using my laser printer. I just missed the return period by two days so now I am stuck with this printer that I do not want. Best Buy please make your return policy longer on these type of items to 30 days instead of 14 days.

While the printer feature works fine, the scanning leaves a lot to be desired. It requires a different program to download and it is only available thru Microsoft Store. Not my first or last choice.

Works as expected. Setup was smooth. I could easily set it up and wireless printing is great

Good printer. A little hard to set up for someone who is computer illiterate but it does a nice job

I have been a Canon user for more years than I can count. Upon receipt, the build quality was disappointing. The plastic used in the unit is thin and feels fragile. If you are looking for a printer for a child or student, this one may work. For higher quality prints and build just upgrade

Prints in color and black and white. Also scans but in lower resolution.

I think I've only had 2 successful prints out of the 50+ times I've tried to print something. It takes forever for it to print (if it does actually print) and has bad connectivity issues. The colors aren't that vibrant sadly too. I would've returned it but I think I missed the return deadline so I guess I'm stuck with it

I hated this printer, too much time wasted in setting it up, I thought it was set up and it printed, so the next day I thought I better use it some more as I only had 2 weeks to make sure I liked it, it wouldn’t print didn’t act like it was even plugged in, so I returned it and bought an HP which is what I have always bought before and always will

Since the day I bought this printer is has been a headache. It will not connect to my computer. I have to have a usb between the 2 and even then it doesn't always work. Canon has sent me out a replacement and it's the same thing. It's a piece of crap that's getting replaced with another Epson.

It works like a 3-star printer - I brought it in to ask some questions and they couldn’t help without a $40 minimum charge.
