Very easy to set up and use! Ink is very user friendly!

My only beef is that when it goes into sleep mode it does not wake up automatically when I go to print something. I have to go to the printer to turn it on. Love the large ink tanks!

I really like this printer. A little slow but great quality.

I love the fact that refills are cheap and last forever.

It "works", however, this may be one of the worst printers I have ever owned. Takes forever to warm up. Often takes multiple tries to print, then 2 days later decides to print the original request. Waste of money -- go a different route.

I love this printer. It is the 2nd one I have purchased from Best Buy.

Probably the most un-user friendly printer I’ve ever used in my life. I tried to give this printer the benefit of the doubt as a craft printer because printers are very hard to get right now but even with knowledge of printer and extensive research this printer still failed to have a working back feeder unless it was set to plain paper which makes it pointless to even have the glossy or matte setting when they will not even work with the back feeder. If you want to purchase a product that will stress you out this is the way to go. Pros: good quality prints in the MAIN TRAY, and lots of ink Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE

I’ve had this printer for about 10 months now and it’s absolutely fantastic uses very little ink or the tanks for large enough that for months worth of heavy printing I’m down a quarter tank. I would highly recommend this to anybody who needs a printer scanner copier all in one and has a lot of printing in mind

Has worked flawlessly for a year now. By now, my epson would require new parts that would cost the amount of the printer to buy and install.

This replaced an earlier mx series printer. The only negative is it does not have an auto sheet feeder for multiple document scanning or copying. We use this for a lot of work documents and items and we used to replace ink every month. We have only used half the ink in the ink tanks so far since we purchased it
