I really like it and no more buying ink cartridges!!!

Works for me for all-in-one don't love the computer program - but love the idea of megatank printing

I have owned 6 previous canon printers in the past but decided to try a tank printer. Hooked it up via WiFi as recommended. It might print a sheet when you press print immediately, or in our case it was about 4 hours later. WiFi still connected and I have 4 mbs bandwidth. It was the worth head ache and the slowest printer I have ever had.. I went step by step in the setup to avoid this kind of head ache and the little tiny one line screen was no help either. Had to use a flashlight to be able to see the writing in the window. Finally returned to Best Buy and bought another printer. I love this new one and easy setup and fast!

Setup was easy and straight forward. Really like the fact that the ink containers are visible with covers on

Ive had nothing but issues with this printer. Gives me random error codes, doesn't print content correctly/straight and now its telling me theres no paper in the tray when there is. I've tried going through the different maintenance options and nothing's helping. I want a new printer.

I really like this printer seems more economical than the one with cartridges

the only thing I didn't like about the printer is that the led screen is. to small and there no lite on it

I actually really like this printer. It does great high quality printing. I haven’t had it long but so far so good. I use it for printing stickers and the quality of the print is really nice.

This copier gives me confidence to accomplish all my printing needs.

To say I hate this printer is an understatement. The only thing about it that is reliable is that it will NEVER connect. It doesn't matter how amazingly fast or stable your internet connection is - this printer will always say it's offline and then force you to shut it off and back on again. It's ridiculous. The print quality isn't as good as people claim either. I wish I would 've stuck with my old printer.

I love the fact I can print many pages and not worry that I am running out of ink.

The printer says it easily connects to everything and also has apple compatibility for mobile printing. Not a single device will connect and I have several different devices from apple and android and MS. It isn’t therefore worth the money. Super disappointed.

Had an older HP printer that worked well for years. Family concerned about ink being available.

For last 20 years my printer has alwasy been a canon. But this probably the last time i;ll own a canon printer. I must have gotten a problem item. and this is the most expensive canon printer i ever own... Its always gving me problems. Even with wired connections i have to keep rebooting the printer to work at least once a week. Worst if its setup on wifi... need to keep rebootng.

Easy set-up. Sleeps after a period so need to wake it up if it’s been inactive. Prints black and white fairly quickly, although not as fast as much more expensive printers. Good size.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this printer! 10/10 recommend the ink is super long lasting!!

Used for business. Absolutely love this product! Don’t need to change ink frequently.
