I don't regret of this purchase. It was a good choice.

Bought back in April and everything seemed good at first. Printer has been connected via ethernet to a switch since purchase. A few months ago the printer started giving an offline message. The only way to get it working has been to completely reset the printer and uninstall/reinstall everything on the computer. Customer support only repeats the posted troubleshooting. The disconnected error happens constantly. Buying another printer. Will not buy another canon. I have tried both ethernet (primary) and wifi. Does the same thing on both.

Does not print in vibrant color, very washed out looking even after changing my settings.

Exellent printer and love the fact that the ink will last a really long time!

Excellent on use of toner.. 4 months and it is still using the original toner

I returned this printer because the screen is so small. The ink part is nice, but you have to have good eyesight to see the screen.

This printer jams up very often. Difficult to get the jams out. Never had this problem with my HP.

Performed the way we hoped, even better. Great customer service.

This printer has issues. Poor connectivity, print quality isnt what expexted. its juat a bad printer probably my lasy canon. The mx922 was a food printer but since then its been down hill. I think its either the firmware or the driver thats the issue. Will probably trash it and buy an cheap epson or HP.

Refuses to print anything now after ~2.5 yrs of minimal use; this is too expensive to be a disposable printer. It will start a print, do maybe a page, and then just sit there and spin.

In 40 years of business working from home I have never had a printer I couldn't successfully set up. Yes, maybe there have been frustrations but never failed to succeed in the end. I can't get help from Best Buy unless I want to pay for their Geek Squad. I can't get anyone to answer at Canon. So here I sit with a printer that won't "talk" to my computer. The manual (print or online) is useless because there is no troubleshooting information in response to my question. I may as well use this printer as a door stop. Should have stuck with an HP and not sure I'll do any more business with Best Buy.

I would be completely happy with this EXCEPT the unlit lcd display which is impossible to see without a flashlight! Dumb.

took a long time to set up, but really hard if you not technically able.

So far, so good. Was a little difficult to set up the Wi-Fi connection but we got there. Prints beautifully. It has all the features I require, with ink tanks!

Received, ot of the box, easy setup and functiom. After a vacation shut down and restart, couldn't connect ti wifi. Reviewed the manuels and called the grrk squad. No luck, returned for a full refund. Note; online materials are arduous, and the apps to contro; the printer are not the easiest to use.

Awesome printer great copies and prints large ink tanks are a big plus .
