Only had it for 14 months and it has to be replaced already. Spent ~$100 trying to repair it before I gave up.

Not a true all in one.... does not have fax..suggest the H.P. all in one it has the fax BB exchanged Ok thanx FS

I honestly can’t emphasize the amount of hatred I have towards this printer. The display is not backlit and you have to wait for the message to scroll completely to reread it. After a month of use it jams with literally, and I mean no joke, every piece of paper I feed into it. Don’t buy this overpriced paper weight

This was supposed to be the best. It is hard to set up wifi. And then it developed mechanical problems, leading to constant jamming....even with not paper. I only gave 2 stars instead on 1 because the tech help was excellent with Christian. Canon is sending a new printer, but it's going to take a week.

I bought this product two years ago and it just failed. This time I bought the warranty. That being said it works well, prints well, and very nice to have the extra ink. I think it works best if used often.

Not bad. I had an HP before which was trying to rob me. Never buy HP again. Thank you Canon.

Printed a total of 250 pages on this since purchase. Have blown through 2/3 of all the ink reservoirs with how often it requires me to "flush the head" which keeps clogging. Kinda like if oil companies also designed cars with poor mpg (I'm not saying this is not happening, but just putting it out there)... Bad and inconsistent print quality when it does work...

when trying to print about 15 pages front and back the printer didn't always print on both sides and the last few pages the pages didn't have all the print on them. Even though I chose fit to page, not all the wording was on the pages. This is the second or third canon printer I have owned and even though I didn't have any major problems with the other ones, I still had some minor issues. They seem to be cheaply made. I will be returning this one to Best Buy and getting an Epson Econtank.

After setting up my printer I had to go away for over a week so I unplugged my printer and didn't get back to it for a couple weeks. Very poor print quality and my heads were clogged. Did all the suggested fixes and no ink flows through the heads. Very disappointed. Love my other cannon products

Hasn't worked since I bought it, I will be taking it back for repair, replace or refund.

I really great. The ink last a long time and you get a good amount when you buy the printer.
