This printer will not stay connected to my wifi network. Canon tells me it will disconnect with tiny changes or instantaneous internet outages (mine can last one second or more) due to unstable Provider service here. The Best Buy support person was obviously not listening or chose to ignore my true problem of how to make this printer work in my environment.

We now have an appointment with Best Buy today. Hopefully they will get it going again.

I bought this printer to replace my ecotank as it can be glitchy. The first issue I had with this printer is that canon doesn’t make a driver for mac for this one. That’s super disappointing. I tried it with my other computer and it won’t print at time ls giving various error messages. I was beyond my return window so I’m stuck with a dud.

Doesn’t always connect to my computer for some reason

Compared to my old printer, printing labels and envelopes is difficult, if not impossible. It seems the printer doesn’t recognize a label sheet nor envelopes from the rear tray. It also takes awhile to “warm up”.

Easy To Set Up. Tired of HP products and this one fits all my printing needs

Gives plenty if ink. Prints accurately, especially in glossy picture paper.

I do not like this printer at all. Everything about it is difficult. Hard to get set up. Hard to get instruction manual for any instructions. Hard to read screen. Says "off-line" but then prints when you try again. Items go to the queque then you have to print from there. I've used printers for more than 30 years and this is the worst printer I've had. Even my daughter,a youg adult, had trouble with this model.

First time buying a printer with a tank. Lots of ink!

The quality is incredibly cheap. It will be interesting to see how the integrity of the plastic exterior holds up after a few months.

Wish it had a scanner feeder. Should have spent more money for the 4 in 1.

Good quality the printer it's not the fast one but price is good.

my new Canon printer works great and it should last a long time

Despite all literature indicating the printer was compatible with my Surface Pro 11 - it is not. Canon drivers currently DO NOT work with Surface pro 11 computer with snapdragon chips. No one has a solution to fix the problem.

not at all impressed with this printer. It takes forever to print a few pages and to actually start printing. We bought it for our satellite office so they could print a page or 2 here and there. Nothing large. It is faster for them to email me the document and for them to walk over here and pick it up. Which our buildings aren't far but its a little ridiculous. Will be selling this once we find another printer.

Terrible printer. The ink tubes continually plugged and prevented printing. Overall the device broke after 1.5 years

Purchased for a Christmas present last year so barely a year old. 2 colors don't print. I've done purge pages head cleanings, etc no luck....

the printer would not allow me to install. It gave me a message to have it serviced by a representative teck. I returned it and purchased another pixma G6020. This one installed alright. After printing a document and attempting to printing another form, it kept shutting down. I tried several times to no avail. I returned this one also.

It does not work. Will not work from itself and will not connect to the laptop.

All I want to do is print letter paper from the bottom tray. And choose between shipping labels and card stock in the back tray. It’s impossible to choose trays using a MacBook. I have to send documents to the iOS Canon Print app, then choose a tray by changing the paper type— as long as it’s not letter size because then the G6020 will print on regular letter paper. Also, printing on #10 envelopes creates lots of smudges.
