This computer is just awful. Dosnt print more times than it does. Always saying back paper tray is empty. Well it is empty. I am not printing pictures, so there is no printer paper in it.

I Purchased this printer to replace my HP 8600 after the printheads went bad. I thought I would love this printer but for the life of me could not figure out how to scan anything and it also did not have a USB port to put a flash drive in. I figured if I couldn’t scan to my pc I could at least scan to a USB drive...Sadly I was mistaken. It also does not have an automatic document feeder so if I have to copy something I had to do one page at a time. I returned it immediately.

It’s an okay device, had some issues getting it to scan, still working that part out

Bad printing.. always errors paper jam too bad for high price

Had it about a year and now it wont print any color except red….

worst printer ever printing is fine user interface is horrible great concept with the ink I don't know what they were thinking on the wifi setup and computer interface. its in a second home so by the time I realized it was so bad it was to late to return.

I recently switched to a Linux os and was let down to find that my new canon pixma did not have a Linux driver. Do better canon.

Yup. 2023 and no back lit screen. Hope you like printing while using a flash light to read the screen. It is worse than my gameboy color from the 90s. Pathetic. Do not buy this thing. Over priced and underfeatured.

Returned it. It didn't work for us. No adjustment for lightness and darkness.

Print heads went bad after 686 print/1 year 2 months

My friend recommended me this printer. It has a very large storage for black and color ink. Inks are cheaper for this printer. I am very happy with it so far.

Only had it for a year and the print heads quit working properly. Only printed maybe 500 sheets of paper with light printing required. And now the original print heads aren't available anymore. Very disappointed with Cannon.

The internet is filled with canon printers not printing colors. I had an epson that lasted me 6 years. Don't buy Canon!!!

The Quality of Photo prints is much less than I expected.

TO COMPLICATED TO USE. THE GEEK SQUAD HAD PROBLEMS TRYING TO WORK THIS PRODUCT LOVED THE INK SUPPLY WITH THIS PRINTER.

App to connect to printer keeps timing out while I try to connect on my phone. Printing quality is not the greatest and it’s wasting ink like crazy. Will be returning this product.

Just bought today after reading its review on pcmag.com; spent two hours trying to get it past The language setup, which is the first step in the installation Setup process. Luckily had purchase the extenFed support by Geek Street, but the could not figure out the issue other than some firmware problem with this brand new printer! I would avoid purchasing it.

Paper tray never loaded correctly, had to constantly re-set. Would never buy this brand again.

Bought this product on 6/12, received it in the mail on 6/19. Found I couldn't download it so I went to the online Geek Squad and they couldn't download it either. They recommended I take it in to Best Buy Geek Squad and have them look at it. they were able to download it, but now I can't print pictures and the return date was July 4, 2020.

Used in small office, functions looked good but! Connection by cable and wifi. But after a difficult set up of wifi and used a week, the printer can't be detected by any PC/laptop/phone I've tried, and reinstalled/resetup for times. Now can only use cable. This kills enough.
