I bought this printer on Wednesday, and it was delivered to my door at 2:00 p.m. Friday. I unboxed the printer, followed the instructions on getting it set up. Printer heads for the black and colors was easy once I viewed the video. Ink was easy to empty into the tanks without any spillage. Set up was harder than usual. I tried to use Canons easy set up, but it was giving me fatal errors. Easiest way is to go to the main Canon website and look for drivers. Enter the model, click on the first driver to download, and then go to setup printer in Mac. Make sure you have depressed the internet icon on the printer and will appear as a network on your wifi list, then search for the printer. Once the Mac finds the printer, it connects fast. After that I was able to connect it to my MacMini, iPad Pro, and iPhone. The printer prints photos on copy paper especially well, and I cannot wait to try it out on photo paper. It is worth the money!

I will update this later as I use the printer more, but so far: setup was super easy, connecting it to my PC was smooth, and the print quality is pretty good. I've been testing it on my digital art that isn't in CMYK format on copy paper just for tests and the only thing i noticed is that, with the cricut print & cut prompt using the system pop up, that there are small, black, horizontal bands across the artwork. I changed some settings and the banding went away so it may take some fiddling but the overall quality is very good after that!

So far so good, I had 3 crap out in 2 years and it's for home use. I will see how lone it last. You won't to know if I would recommend this item to someone. I won't to see if this is any better then the last 3. One can only hope.

This is my first Tank based printer and i can tell you after spending thousands on ink I am never going back. First, at a cheap $20 per black ink for thousands of prints it is a no brainer for the capital cost of the actual printer. The setup of wireless was a little annoying but I got it working, the flow just isn't as easy as they try to make it. Once it is setup on your network though it is simple to add more computers to see the printer The print quality is superb and it is a pretty quiet printer with the speed it produces prints at. There are settings to adjust the density of the color, or darkness, I should say. Color is accurate and vibrant. When printing on photo paper the quality is pretty impressive as well. Overall this is a great printer for the work at home employee or the student in college or high school. Ink is cheap, and lasts much longer than your standard packs you usually order. I will never return to non-tank based printers after the experience I have had.

Finally! A printer without overpriced and confusing part number cartridges. This printer does everything an all-in-one should do without those costly annoying ink cartridges. I can't tell you how many times I have bought a new printer because it was cheaper than buying ink for the one I was using at the time. Overall I like this printer, but it does have some things I do not like. First is the scanner lid. It's flimsy and feels cheap. I don't care to have my $300 dollar printer feel cheap. Also, the LCD screen is basic bare bones. Yes you can navigate the menu's, but it's basic, one color, and no backlight. For the price they are asking for this, I would expect a bit more than that. This printer sort of redeems itself with the bulk ink bins. I have two kids and a wife in college, and they sure do go through a lot of black ink. Now it's easy to just pour some in and go. Even the replacement OEM bottle's are fairly cheap. At the time of writing this, black is $18 ea, and the individual colors are $12 ea.

Printer was easy to set up and prints faster than expected. Document printing is satisfactory; however, photo printing is very disappointing. I was using a Canon PIXMA MX922 and all aspects of the printer were great. The prints on the G6020 are faded in appearance, colors are not true, and the edges of items in the print are not well defined. I have tried all types of print paper, realigned the heads,and cleaned the heads twice but still have poor results on printing photos. The color on the realignment pages that are printed are not vivid and the black seems more gray. Would not recommend this printer for printing photos.

When unpacking be sure to remove the orange plastic piece behind the print head compartments. Follow the instructions for setup with a MAC. Rotate the control panel at least one click. Was a bit finicky connecting to wifi, Some videos on youtube showed using the link button on the control panel. The instructions did not show to use the link button but I did press it for about 3 seconds and the printer did link after a few minutes so be patient. IMPORTANT the control panel must be rotated up at least one click or there is an error message and no printing. Set up was fairly straight forward, just be patience. Double sided printing works but is slow. The copy button is the top button of the row of 3 buttons on the left. When adding the ink you may need to tilt the bottle a tiny bit to prevent air lock. There are some helpful youtube videos for this printer.

Purchased this for my sister's birthday; She love the print quality. The issue she had was that it needs to connect Wi-Fi, which it sometimes struggles with, regardless best printer we ever owned by far.

Well packaged. After watching a couple of videos and following the instructions it took about an hour and a half to completely set up and get connected to WiFi. Prints faster than I expected with very good quality. Photos come out okay even though it's not a photo printer. The mega tank is a super cool concept fairly easy to fill although you may have to wiggle the bottle a little bit.

The print quality is great, and was easy to set up and use. Highly recommended.

G6020 replaced series G3200 ... although i had numerous issues in getting it to connect and stay connected to my wifi, it now works flawlessly (issues were self inflicted, btw) and the quality, color and response is functioning perfectly. Am very pleased with this new canon and the price was the best found from over a dozen sources !

So far the ink is good last for more printing , assembly is straight forward

I love this printer, the colors are great. The quality of my pictures is so much better. This was a great buy. I found it a little difficult to get it hooked up to my home network, but we managed and have had no other issues. It was a great buy

Good quality but beware of printing color on back to back printing ink doesn't dry enough and makes smug on other side

Easy setup, prints well, copies look good and ink cartidges are no more.

Screen is not lit so be prepared to have a flashlight near by. Had to move it from the shelf where I had kept my previous Canon MG5520 because in operation it chugs and shakes and the makes everything on the shelving unit vibrate. Was a pain to connect to both my laptop and my desktop (it still keeps coming up "offline" intermittently on the PC. Had to delete the backup printer from both computers to get this to work. Print seems ok but also much slower than the previous, and much cheaper, printer. All-in-all would not have purchased if I knew then what I know now

Very easy set up. Cool ink system -no cartridges. Fast and ex ellent printing.

Only had the printer for a few weeks but am very happy with its performance. Waiting to see if ink usage will be more economical than our prior printer.

This printer was easy to install. The print quality is top notch on documents and photos. We haven't had to order ink yet but I appreciate the value of the ink.

average print quality. set-up is a pain. never had this much trouble connecting a printer to wi-fi. screen is impossible to read and you have to lift the panel up for it to operate but when you press any button it goes back down. very frustrating. this replaced a HP printer which lasted me for years. Only switched because I was tired of $$$ for cartridges. Wish I purchased another HP
