Absolutely frustrating. Doesn't work when you need it to, drops wifi, the canon printer prompt appears but noting happens, the paper load goes back and forth but nothing prints, takes ages to 'wake up' and warm up. goes to sleep and you can't wake it back up. Will only work when you have it connected via USB cable. THE MOST frustrating purchase ever. I highly suggest you look at another printer. This thing is awful.

Poor quality of print and very difficult to connect to internet and once it's connected the next time I go to use it it's off line and have to reconnect is a nightmare what a joke tried to return it but was past the 30 day so I threw it away

Only had it a month, but so far its working great! Easy to fill. Double side print works great. Connectivity works great on Windows 10 x64-bit PC start up.

I don't like the fact that it's default is 2 sided copy, very annoying to have to change that, and it would be nice to have the screen backlit so I don't have to turn on a light to see it. It's similar to my old printer, so I'm familiar with most of the settings.

Junk. Has 2 paper feeds and they do not communicate with each other it is a complete nightmare called customer service they won't even talk to you, actually hung up on me. this thing is a joke I'll never buy another Canon product again.

This is the worst product Ive ever purchased. Cannot get past an error code in setting up so have had for nearly a month never used.

I will never buy a canon printer ever again cause one min let u print 1 page then when u go to print again the printer loose connection with the wifi time to switch

bad quality. colors aren't vibrant.. not good for pics or projects

Worst purchase ever. Don't even consider this if you have to scan multiple pages.

Garbage. First Pixma printer i owned that i HATE. Menu buttons are impossible to work in a logical manner. Once you are in a menu (like SHRINK copy) you have to push OK an indeterminant number of times to get OUT of the menu, instead of just being able to push OK. Then, half the time the setting didn't take, so you are having to do it 3 or 4 times in front of a CLIENT. Garbage. I want my old pixma ALSO, can't reset my wifi password on it either. BAD PROGRAMMING - i suggest you find a new programmer for this machine.

cannot get it to work with Mac OS 10.14.6 at all !
