Got this to replace a broken HP. The print is really good but a little difficult to set up. Out of the blue when trying to print it will tell you the back paper cartridge is out of paper. The refillable tanks are very nice, it's great getting away from the ink cartridges.

Canon All in One Printer, LOVE the Ink tank!

Great printer, love the ink tank feature! Super easy to set up and fill. Print quality is good. But, It's not for anyone needing fast, multiple pages or quantities. A little difficult get phones connected and use them to print. Each time, I had to figure out an issue to print. I dont know if it was the printer/app or wifi/bluetooth connection. But overall very satisfied with this printer.

Great print quality, even on photos. It's slow to print duplexes. I ended up getting a replacement when it stopped printing in color after extended periods of not printing.

I'd really like to give this 4 1/2, with only a few weeks of use I'm very positive about the output quality, and the economical bulk ink. And, unlike some reports where installation apparently was a challenge, mine was relatively easy, carefully following directions. The primary negative, worth a 1/2 off of rating, is that it is somewhat slow in reacting when sent a print signal, and when printing a 2 sided page. Minor bugs, it auto turns off, and takes a while to start up, the lcd screen is worthless (use computer screen or keep a flashlight handy.)

Very happy with this printer. I trashed another major brand printer that used ink tanks, because it constantly clogged up the print heads. The Canon allows me to set it up to turn on when I send a print job, and I have not had any issues with print head clogging. I do have an event in my calendar to make sure I print once a week. The print quality is much better than my previous Epson printer. So far….very happy with it.

I might have had high expectations but the print quality is meh but I guess for the value and the amount of ink you get, that's what we get.

Still on the fence with canon printer

Purchase to replace a 10 year old canon printer. It has major advantages with the ink tanks. Unfortunately the first one malfunction within 6 weeks of purchase. While inconvenient, I was able to have another one shipped to my home once the trouble shooting process was completed. Of course, I had to physically mail the other printer back instead of just taking it back to the store. So far (several months of consistent use) this one is holding up. I I realize that any product can have faults. I am just glad it happened early. I hope this one holds up.

So far very easy to use and it comes with a lot of ink. Very user friendly. If you have kids and they need stuff to print, then grab this printer. I printed well over 100 pages the first day use and no issues.

Canon Pixma G6020 Mega Tank Printer

So far I am pretty impressed with this printer. The eco feature is pretty nice in that it turns itself off after an amount of idle time and it seems to have decent print quality on stock paper. Only time will tell how long the ink tanks last but at the price at which the refill bottles go for I am not so worried about the refilling part. The ink cartridges for all for cost less than any HP Printer and last much longer. My old HP print cartridges cost me as much in one year as the total purchase price of this printer. Setup is a little more difficult than past Canon printers but that is minor in comparison to what my cost savings is. HP is behind the 8 ball in the printer world. I would recommend one of these to anybody.

so far, better than the HP it replaced. Spend more money up front, so the ink won't gouge me later. This was highly rated on a few websites, and I have liked it so far. I have yet to test the scanning part though.

Prints good for regular printing and photos but the printer was difficult to setup. WiFi would not connect until I used the WPS method. Still can’t get the canon utility to download and work on windows computer. The Canon app does work on my IPad. Downloaded the manual but it is poorly written. Have had much cheaper printers before and never had this much trouble.

Print quality is very good. Speed is great. The only negative is having to use a flashlight to see the old-fashioned display which is not backlit. Were it not for that fact, this printer would definitely get 5 stars.

Like it a lot so far (had it about 30 days). The set up was pretty easy. Only difficulty we had was getting it connected to the wifi but some of that was not knowing which option to choose for our router. Putting in the wifi password was a nightmare due to the biggest drawback for the machine - this very tiny, very dated "screen". To "type" you have to scroll through the whole alphabet for every letter. I was worried about filling the ink wells, but it was very easy and no mess, even for a klutz like me. The 2nd negative I have experienced is that it turns itself off and turning it back on requires physically pushing the power button. All my previous printers has utilized a low power sleep mode instead, automatically waking up when a print job is sent. This one does NOT. If you try to print without hitting the power button, it fails. This is a big change for us and super annoying, but may not be a drawback if you are used to this behavior. As for printing, it prints slowly but I knew that going in so not a huge deal. The colors seem very subdued but I've only printed a couple things in color so am withholding my final opinion on that still. Overall opinion - it's good, especially if you are tired to death of buying ink cartridge's all the time and having them go dry or mess up. Don't pay MSRP, but if it's on sale, it's worth it.

Canon is simply the BEST home-oriented printer!

I've used Canon printers for about 40 years for my home printing needs, and always been able to print out color work which is hands-down cleaner, sharper, and easier than any other printer on the market - and at an affordable price I might add. I couldn't find the Canon printer I wanted last year when I needed to upgrade my home computing/printing needs, so I bought an HP all-in-one color printer, and it turned out to be exactly as useless as I've found them to be for 40 years. So I kept searching and finally found a Canon-Pixma MegaTank Wireless Inkjet Printer last month, and it's still the best home printing system on the market - when they're not sold out.
