Sales person explained the pros and con of this product and it meets our basic needs in printing and quality pic prints

Works well and prints great and I love the tank ink as they give extra cartridges that should last along time unlike other printers where you spend a lot on cartridges that do not last long.

So far, so good. With the print heads separate from the ink tanks, I’m hoping that will help keeping the print heads from clogging so much between periods of non-use. Print quality has been exceptional. I’ve printed both B&W and full color on photo paper with great results. Text clarity even in draft mode is sharp.

Great wireless printer that saves tons of $ on ink

I have had this printer for a few weeks now and I have no complaints. I was so tired of buying expensive cartridges' and constantly buying them. I am finally free of that with this very nice printer. The pages come out just as detailed and clean as my old Cannon PIXMA so I am very happy.

This printer replaces my 7 year old Pixima that I loved except the cost of buying ink cartridges. This printer with the mega tanks is the solution. It looks like a great way to reduce the cost of replacement ink and has all the features I loved about my old printer (which is still running) Great printer DD

I was determined to get an ink tank printer after purchasing yet another set of overpriced ink cartridges. This Canon had good reviews and it also had a paper tray under the printer. Other ink tank printers do not have a paper tray. My only complaint is connecting to it wireless. I thought I knew what I was doing but never could connect to my desktop computer. I found an old usb printer cable, plugged it in and it printed flawlessly. I was able to Air Print from my iPhone.

Very good product, I use it all the time, quality brand at an excellent price. I highly recommend it and I plan to buy another one for my business.

The display is not illuminated and is hard to read and see what is going on. Otherwise it's fine.

I have had and used my Canon printer for about two months now. Paper saving options allow four pages per front and back of one sheet. Ink isn't going down really fast and I have printed at least one document a day (it's just a home use printer). I often use economy mode and can see everything fine. The only thing that gave us a problem was the printer kept showing on the computer as not connected. It does not automatically start up when you start your computer and if you don't start it before you want to print something it can be confusing. Basically, you just need to give it a minute or two and then it starts printing and the pop ups go away. It also doesn't print as fast as the last printer I had even if I'm just doing one page. I cannot address the paper from the back as we've only used the drawer which has worked well.

Love the speed and color of the prints. And best of all ink last a long time

Exelente printer for printing in high volumes, pretty fast at printing both back and white and in color. The refillable tanks are so convenient easy to refill.

Extremely disappointed and definitely not worth the money! We had an HP before this one and HP is a joke. We were looking for a pretty basic all-in-one printer that was easy to use and could copy, scan, print etc. Although this printer could do the basics it had no document feeder, so you had to scan and/or copy each page one by one! Also there is no backlight for the display panel so we had to use a flashlight half the time just to see what it was doing! Its 2023 and there is no backlight or document feeder?? It also had a lot of connection issues not staying connected to the wifi or recognizing our router. So for a $230 printer I would not suggest buying this one and wasting your money! We have already set up the return.

I am on the 300th picture that I have printed with an ink tank and the ink has not moved at all. The quality of the print and refilling of the ink is awesome

Love this printer! 1st purchase is for office as recommended by BestBuy associate. My wife loved it so 2nd purchase for her craft room.

This printer replaced one that I had for many years and was happy with but then was inoperable. This printer is so much faster and the copies are crisp and clear and I could not be happier! I took the advice in reviews and downloaded the app and it was very easy to get it up and running.

I've only had this a few months, but, so far so good. Much better than the Epson Ink Jet I used to own. Epson put a firmware update in to eliminate owners from using aftermarket ink cartridges. Therefore, forcing you to buy their overpriced, short lasting cartridges solely. That's pretty lame. So, I went out and bought this.
