A great machine, so far. My only CON is the display should be lit up like the old models had. Can be a bit slow at times, depending on what it's printing.

we are still trying to figure it all out but we love that it is so good with printing pictures and that it is still not out of ink so far we have done more photo type printing and my biggest complaint is its suppose to do duplex printing it prints one side and then jams when it pulls the paper back in the colors are not as vibrant as we originally was hoping

After 1.5 years, I can say this was not a good buy. It does not want to connect to my iPhone anymore. It connects to the computer most of the time but can be troublesome. Prints black and white documents perfectly. Anything else, especially color, takes 5min per page and is underwhelming. If you print infrequently, stay away from this. You'll need to perform ink flushes that kill the lifespan of the printer.

Very good so far. Haven’t had it long but has been excellent .

I love being able to fill the tanks and not having to worry about ink cartridges that count the number of prints you make and won't let you print after you meet the set number of prints. The only issue was setting up the wireless network. Automatic was not friendly. Had to setup network manually.

So far, so good. Good quality printouts. Easy installation. Lots of ink, came with printer, with it's Mega Ink tank. That alone is worth the printer. Very good scanning. I would recommend this product. Hopefully it will last for while, cause I had an HP Office Jet Pro 6978 which gave up on me shortly after the one year warranty expired.

I love this printer. It is the 2nd one I have purchased from Best Buy.

I got it started and was able to copy a detailed hard copy report I had, but am still having problems trying to connect to the internet. :-( I do not find the instructions clear or helpful.

I love my new printer. I’ve printed well over 100 photos and it’s barely made a dent in the ink levels. I also like how I can physically see how much ink I have left. It prints well, the colors are vibrant. A page of regular text prints out in less than 5 seconds. The only downside is the screen is not lit and is very small so it’s sometimes hard to read off of it.

I wanted to wait to review this printer until I had used it for a while. Well it has been over a month and I am very happy with the ease of use and printed results of this product. It prints quickly and accurately and if it is as advertised, will print for a long time on the current inks that are installed.

Excellent work and great satisfaction, not worried about ink

Printing is slow and the small control panel is difficult to see since it is not lighted and hard to negotiate.

Eliminates the need for Cartridges, saving me a lot of money.

Would recommend this printer because the quality is excellent.

Printer works well but a little slow. Comparability issues make it slow to operate with other devices.

I replaced a Pixma MX920 with this one. So far so good, although the screen is not illuminated and very difficult to read. I need a flashlight to see the words. Love the mega tank option.
