This replaced an earlier mx series printer. The only negative is it does not have an auto sheet feeder for multiple document scanning or copying. We use this for a lot of work documents and items and we used to replace ink every month. We have only used half the ink in the ink tanks so far since we purchased it

The only issue I had with this printer was pairing with the phones and tablets. One step of the process was not clear when you had to ok a step. But other than that the rest of the setup is smooth sailing. Good quality copies. Great price for an eco tank.

I like it so far. I like the ink system. It prints well. The only negative - it seems like when hit "print" on the computer, the printer does not turn on automatically, I have to manually turn it on. Not used to that.

Really good printer, really like the reservoir feature. It was a little of a pain to set up, and the instructions could have been a little clearer

Currently using 3 of these in 3 different locations due to the cost savings on ink. It works great for printing from desktop, laptop via network and cell phone via wi fi. If you print a lot, you will save a ton of money on ink

It was a little tricky to set up. Had to re-do a couple of times. Works well and copies (only thing I have tried so far) are clear and very professional looking.

Light weight and efficient. I would want the printing to be more vibrant in color

Purchased for home/business use and it’s been a great buy. Still learning to use the back tray? But other than that It’s working well and love the sleek design.

Stock was low at my local store looking for a printer, but I seen this one on the top rack. It could scan and print, so it fit the need. Little did I know, it's refillable, which is amazing. I love this, even if setting up the wifi is a bit of a pain, you only need to do it once per device.

Good value for a home printer. Set up is easy. Easy to use. Slightly slower than an office device but copies, scans, and prints are excellent. And economic on ink.

I think it is a great printer, pretty user friendly

This printer has given me nothing but trouble since purchasing. I spent a lot of time researching printers and loved my old canon printer so I went with this model. First, the lcd screen is impossible to see. I have to shine a flashlight on it just to read it. It always turns itself off no matter how long it’s last been used. What use is wireless if I always have to go to the printer to turn it back on to connect. Then it only started printing some colors. Just yellow and black and not just magenta and black. I had to update software, clean it, run deep cleanings, several ink dumps, and test after test just to get it work and still I have trouble and must repeat all this often. It also always refuses to print saying there’s no paper in the rear cassette no matter if there is paper there or not. If it chooses to print from the rear, it loads crooked and always jams. But if it thinks theres no paper in the rear cassette, it just won’t print and there’s nothing that can be done to solve this problem. I can try anything but it won’t print until it somehow decides on its own it’s ok with whatever paper is there. There’s no reason but it just won’t work. It is completely unrealizable and mostly useless and I’m so disappointed and I’ve only had it a few months.

This printer refused to connect to my home network. I've been computer savvy for over 20 years and I know how to hook up a wireless printer. Never did get this Canon model to connect. I also thought I could overlook the tiny display but it is very hard to see with aging eyes. It required me to use readers to read the display. I decided to try the other leading brand with the large display. I was up and running very quickly with no hiccups. I've always used Canon products for my printing needs but this model was a huge disappointment. EPIC FAIL!

Great photo prints. Good ink usage. BUT....The control panel is POSITIVELY AWFUL! IT'S UNREADABLE WITHOUT A FLASHLIGHT, DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS, TOO MANY "OKS" TO GET WHERE YOU WANT, AND WORST OF ALL....YOU HAVE TO STAND TO EVEN BEGIN READING IT. So every time you send a print command, you have to: STAND UP, GET YOUR FLASHLIGHT, DECIPHER THE DIRECTIONS, and pray you've followed them correctly. Final negative - CANON Customer Service is non-existent! If you don't have a CANON community account (and signing up for that is another mess) you can't even get to a CHAT. There are zero humans in customer support! And, the User Manual is pretty useless, too.

Love that the ink can be refilled yourself. Had a little trouble with it disconnecting from our WiFi but unsure of the root of the problem. Overall pretty satisfied.

I have an Epson Eco Tank printer, but it seemed to have a lot of glitches. I bought the Canon Mega Tank G6020 printer and I really love it. As a teacher, I do a lot of printing. It is extremely economical with the amount of ink it uses.

Good printer. I like we do not have to buy cartridges/ The ink wells are the way to go.
