I am highly satisfied with the printer. The instructions were clear and easily understood.

I had an HP but had to upgrade to a more business friendly printer and this is it. I choose this because of the ink prices. I didn't want to spend hundreds on ink and saw the great reviews. So far so good.

I had to go to BB for help to make it work. It took me two days to understand the front can be taken up, so I could not read the messages as the printer was on the floor. Two sided prints are fine and good quality, yet so slow. I continue to use a B&W laser printer for speed besides this one and keep it for rare color prints for which I can wait 5 to 10 minutes.

Excellent greeter at the door. Excellent salesman. Not in any hurry. Showed us many options and suggested best fit for us. This was a birthday present and couldn’t have been more warmly received. Thank you!

This is my first time purchasing a printer with the ink bottles. My documents and pictues look great.

I expect to save money with the large capacity ink tanked compared to the smaller cartridges. I just wish it were faster. I can print from many devices,by the Wi-Fi ability. I also like the larger paper cassette.

Our old printer lasted over 15 years. The only reason we got rid of it was because we updated our WiFi and it wouldn't connect. It was a Cannon also. We love, love, love our new printer!

Getting The printer onto a wired wi-fi network was several hours and painful. I tried to register the product to my account. I could not get into my canon account or create a new one. Setup was confusing but I hope the machine works

The printer is perfect ...however the directions were not real clear so it took me awhile to get it paired.

At first I didn’t know how to get the settings right but once I learned from a few videos I was obsessed!

Best printer ever. This is our third one -the others did not break! This is for daughter heading to college. First one we bought five years ago. Still working and still available to purchase. Says a lot about the printer that Canon kept this model in their lineup -why mess with perfection? Saves money on ink with no cartridges.

Awesome computer. Printer will do documents of beautiful pictures. Printer is easy to use. I think the liquid ink is going to save me money when printing pictures.

Easy set up. Like the large ink tanks. This printer is an upgrade from a previous Canon that required ink cartridges that were problematic and expensive.

Really loved this printer. The printouts are crisp and clear.

I bought this printer for simple working at home printing and scanning. When it works its fine, its just getting it to work. The wireless set up was really buggy and in the end didn't work. Canon's online help page was pretty useless. Had to buy a additional cord in order for my computer to find both the printer and scanner. I've tried this printer with both a Mac and PC and had problems connecting with both. There have been issues with the printer reading weather or not there is paper in the tray. Issues printing multiple docs at once. And then just other random issues with just getting the printer to print. Print quality is okay but I wouldn't describe it as "High resolution". Wouldn't recommend this printer.

This printer was easy to install. The print is very good. I like the individual ink tanks.

Bought this printer because of the ink tanks instead of cartridges. Set it up with the desktop, but wouldn't connect to the laptop, so had to pay computer repair shop set it up on laptop. Still have trouble connecting and takes it forever to actually print.
