    I like the fact that the paper is in a carriage underneath instead of sitting behind the printer "flopping" around. Very clear copies. Easy to set up and connect to devices.

    I missed the return window, I had a network issue with Xfinity, now I am with ATT, and discoverred that the printer shuts down when not in use, althoughh the print quality is pretty good, the page output is really slow for the price. My $150 HP was a much better printer, I thought that I would try Canon and MegaTank. Avoid this one, Bad choice for us...

    wanted to love this, but. This was a fantastic printer for the first few months however, after some time it started to display poor quality. After trouble shooting through Canon, it was found that the print heads needed replaced, averaged 5-6 print items ever other day. Thank goodness Best Buy Total Protection was in play- no questions-credited for another item.

    been running this printer about a year never had a head clog only one paper jam(definently my fualt) and ink refilling is easy as pie
