I think this Printer is by far the best one I’ve ever had That’s the reason I give it five stars

Why in the World they not include a lit display? Sucks.

This is the worst ever printer to install one I bought probably faulty one which was impossible for me to install.

DISPLAY IS VERY SMALL AND NOT USER FRIENDLY. TANK SYSTEM IS GREAT , BUT GETTING IT TO PRINT PHOTOS, GOOD LUCK. PRINTING IS SHARP AND QUALITY IS GOOD, AT 249$ I EXPECTED BETTER

I like Epson better as I have both. This is slow in comparison, but my wife insisted on a black printer. Also, it goes to sleep and must be turned back on.

Do not buy if you intend to hit print and actually have your documents print. This printer worked smoothly for a few months. However, now, if I want to print, I have to shut it off, restart my laptop or phone, and sometimes uninstall and reinstall the printer. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get something to print. I would rather hand write every single document, than deal with this printer. It constantly says it's offline when it's on. It collects dust better than it prints. Waste of money unless you like frustration.

Refuses to print anything now after ~2.5 yrs of minimal use; this is too expensive to be a disposable printer. It will start a print, do maybe a page, and then just sit there and spin.

great printer it's perfect for what I needed everything I needed

This one is complicated, the directions are intricate and very challenging to follow. It doesn’t play nicely with the iMac, even though it had said it would in many of the reviews that we read. In fact, we made this purchase over sticking with the brother printer that we had, because the claim that it did interact with the Apple IMAX very well. Well, that’s absolutely not the case in our experience.

great printer! i love not having to use the stupid cartridges that run out quick. i just hope that it lasts.

Set up took 8min. Comes with plenty of EXTRA ink! Makes incredible hi-res copies. Wireless connectivity included.

First copier was defective. A replacement was received satisfactorily. Syncing the unit to our computer required several calls to the Canon help line. Eventually we got it to work. Wasn’t easy.

I have owned 6 previous canon printers in the past but decided to try a tank printer. Hooked it up via WiFi as recommended. It might print a sheet when you press print immediately, or in our case it was about 4 hours later. WiFi still connected and I have 4 mbs bandwidth. It was the worth head ache and the slowest printer I have ever had.. I went step by step in the setup to avoid this kind of head ache and the little tiny one line screen was no help either. Had to use a flashlight to be able to see the writing in the window. Finally returned to Best Buy and bought another printer. I love this new one and easy setup and fast!

It does the job! Has a lot of features and is compact. Great for home office with normal printing demand

Not what we expected. We weren’t able to print stickers from this. Otherwise a good product
