Purchased for a Christmas present last year so barely a year old. 2 colors don't print. I've done purge pages head cleanings, etc no luck....

Terrible printer. The ink tubes continually plugged and prevented printing. Overall the device broke after 1.5 years

the printer would not allow me to install. It gave me a message to have it serviced by a representative teck. I returned it and purchased another pixma G6020. This one installed alright. After printing a document and attempting to printing another form, it kept shutting down. I tried several times to no avail. I returned this one also.

Worked great the first oh almost and year then just started skipping and then stopped copying

All I want to do is print letter paper from the bottom tray. And choose between shipping labels and card stock in the back tray. It’s impossible to choose trays using a MacBook. I have to send documents to the iOS Canon Print app, then choose a tray by changing the paper type— as long as it’s not letter size because then the G6020 will print on regular letter paper. Also, printing on #10 envelopes creates lots of smudges.

Replacing an HP printer. Recommend but one downfall is the lack of tray to feed paper into printer. Love the ink compartments rather than cartridges.

This printer is only 18 months old and it will not print anything in color. Took it back to Best Buy to see if it could be fix. of course it could not , now I need to buy another printer

Doesn’t print well via IPad or IPhone. Lots of things I didn’t like about this printer but primarily poor connectivity to mobile devices.

It's a good printer, but for some reason, it keeps on uninstalling by itself

Second Canon printer I have bought that does not connect wireless, software will not load, cannot download software, and tech support is nonexistent. This unit says you can scan to USB but does not have a port for USB flash drive. Print quality is mediocre at best. Unit is very cheaply made and overpriced considering the lack of features and quality. Canon manufactures garbage and has no intelligent customer support. I will never purchase another Canon product nor would I recommend their products to anyone. This thing is going into the trash and I will go buy a Brother printer that works better for a fraction of the cost.

This is the worst printer I have ever owned. At first was ok, then the firmware update, now looks for the rear tray, there is a workaround,have to apply every time to print,

Worst printer ever! I am so sad that I missed my return period! I don’t print very often but when ever I do this dinosaur is awful! I miss my old HP office jet I had for the last 5 years! This new printer that I have only used 4 times does not turn on unless you physically turn the power button on it is slow as hell and the options are just completely unresponsive for a new printer! I am tossing into the trash!

I originally bought an Epson and had a nightmare experience connecting to my network. Tech kept passing the buck. On the other hand, Canon's Tech support walked me through it step by step and was very patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

I'm not going to rant on about this printer. It's just not worth it. After several months, I offered it to my daughter, to use at college. She laughed!! There is absolutely nothing (except the ink tank) about this that I prefer to my 10 year old HP Photosmart. I actually threw the HP away! What a mistake. And keep a flashlight handy, so you can read the control display

I was not pleased with the quality of color this machine produced. black and white was fine though

printer is very delayed and it prints duplicates sometimes most times i have to unplug and plug in to get it to print sometimes in Q

I regret this purchase. It prints slow; never knows what tray to print from, takes forever print. Go with a HP. The display is also very small. Not user friendly.

Very nice printer. Easy to fill ink, No More ink cartridges, love it. Plus my old hp printer, would always do a maintenance, at start up, and you sat and sat till it was done. Good quality printing, so far. Any changes, I’ll follow up.

I haven’t turned it on yet since it’s a Christmas present but when I received my box it looks open and used. Definitely taking it back to exchange it.

3 Hours to set up this printer With support on the line. You may save money on ink cartridges but I had to replace my Canon mega tank printer after only 3 years. AND more importantly, I can't write a review for the 4 year protection plan, there is no option for that. I've spent the entire morning on the computer and phone trying to get a copy of the plan I bought, evidently they don't want me to read it.
