display is hard to see display won't stay in place it randomly prints from two different trays and takes for ever to get ready to print

i never know what printer will do === it just makes a lot of noise & i hope it will print === my real opinion it is junk!!!!=== store thought it would be better than one i took back, that was at store four times for repairs, that printer was worse junk !!!!

This computer is just awful. Dosnt print more times than it does. Always saying back paper tray is empty. Well it is empty. I am not printing pictures, so there is no printer paper in it.

Disappointed that it was very difficult to set up and install. Can not leave on at all times. Canon tech almost impossible to contact. Not user friendly.

I wish I could give this ZERO stars. We bought this during the COVID pandemic because we needed a new printer for my kids’ schoolwork. This thing just does NOT print. If I print in color, literally nothing comes out on the paper. The paper is BLANK. And of course I bought the Geek Squad plan with it, but of COURSE that is zero help since they are not taking appointments due to the pandemic. Thankfully, I saved the box and will be returning the piece of frustration once we are allowed to.

I Purchased this printer to replace my HP 8600 after the printheads went bad. I thought I would love this printer but for the life of me could not figure out how to scan anything and it also did not have a USB port to put a flash drive in. I figured if I couldn’t scan to my pc I could at least scan to a USB drive...Sadly I was mistaken. It also does not have an automatic document feeder so if I have to copy something I had to do one page at a time. I returned it immediately.

It’s an okay device, had some issues getting it to scan, still working that part out

Bad printing.. always errors paper jam too bad for high price

The printer says it easily connects to everything and also has apple compatibility for mobile printing. Not a single device will connect and I have several different devices from apple and android and MS. It isn’t therefore worth the money. Super disappointed.

Print heads went bad after 686 print/1 year 2 months

Had it about a year and now it wont print any color except red….

worst printer ever printing is fine user interface is horrible great concept with the ink I don't know what they were thinking on the wifi setup and computer interface. its in a second home so by the time I realized it was so bad it was to late to return.

I recently switched to a Linux os and was let down to find that my new canon pixma did not have a Linux driver. Do better canon.

Yup. 2023 and no back lit screen. Hope you like printing while using a flash light to read the screen. It is worse than my gameboy color from the 90s. Pathetic. Do not buy this thing. Over priced and underfeatured.

This printer has issues. Poor connectivity, print quality isnt what expexted. its juat a bad printer probably my lasy canon. The mx922 was a food printer but since then its been down hill. I think its either the firmware or the driver thats the issue. Will probably trash it and buy an cheap epson or HP.

Returned it. It didn't work for us. No adjustment for lightness and darkness.

Only had it for a year and the print heads quit working properly. Only printed maybe 500 sheets of paper with light printing required. And now the original print heads aren't available anymore. Very disappointed with Cannon.

My friend recommended me this printer. It has a very large storage for black and color ink. Inks are cheaper for this printer. I am very happy with it so far.

The internet is filled with canon printers not printing colors. I had an epson that lasted me 6 years. Don't buy Canon!!!

TO COMPLICATED TO USE. THE GEEK SQUAD HAD PROBLEMS TRYING TO WORK THIS PRODUCT LOVED THE INK SUPPLY WITH THIS PRINTER.
