I bought it for our office work and it works fine it can be a little frustrating to print sometimes because it can be a bit slow but the quality of prints is great. :)

Easy to set up. Kids were also able to add the printer to their phones and print what they need. Came with ink bottles.

So far it is working very nice. Happy with the large ink reservoirs.

I have been using this for my work at home printer for 2 years. I go through about 500 sheets a week. Zero jams and have refilled ink twice. This well printer is SO much more economical than those little cartridges. The tiny little screen could use an upgrade.

This is probably the best printer we have had. Ink last a long time and prints great quality pictures.

Excellent decision to buy this printer! Automatically prints on both sides(only requires checking a box on the printing app), saving paper. The amount of ink used so far is small compared to our prior printer. The tanks(rather than cartridges on prior printer) are great and allow us to see the usage, so no surprises when ink gets low. Was easy to set up and connect to our WiFi. Can't think of a single negative after 2 months of use.

A solid printer for the price. I'm a big fan of the ink tank design over ink cartridges.

Tired of replacing printers and paying for replacement ink cartridges, it gets expensive! So this Cannon printer will save me money on ink and the aggravation of shopping every couple years for a new printer. Works well too!

Excellent printer, I have had this same printer for several yrs. Still working great. Printer went on sale so I bought a new one while they were available and gave my old one to a friend.

Good printer...guick and good quality printing.. I like the easy to fill ink tanks... Happy with the printer so far...Just wish I was better at the technical aspects of it.. Im a bit slower at learning these day.. Look forward to using all its capabilities...

Very easy setup and to use. Very good quality. Easy to setup to work with WiFi thru laptops and phones.

Had this printer for a year and have still not had to replace ink. This is the way to go for inkjet printers. Absolutely no issues with clogging. Prints are great. Sometimes have to reconnect to network, but that is not a printer issue.

Very nice printer that is easy to set up and use. I love the fact that I don't have to deal with cartridges any more. If there is any 1 drawback that could be changed, the information screen is not backlit, and that makes it a little more difficult to read.

I purchased this printer because of the ink bottles. The cartridges on my old printer would dry up if I didn’t use it regularly so hoping this one will fix that issue for me. I wish the display was backlit and a little larger for easier use. Other than that one observation it works well for me for home office use.

The price was good for a lower end printer that is also economical with ink. The output quality is what you expect with ink savings and better without. I have not tried photo quality. However, the user interface is a pain. Print settings are ok, though I had a heck of a time turning off duplex. What frustrates me most is the lack of any back light or contrast in the small LED window on the face of the printer. I need a flashlight to read it and it's not as straightforward as it should be. I am super picky about user interface. Others will probably find it fine.

I love the large ink tanks to avoid having to buy cartridges constantly. The printer makes great prints and photo prints so no complaints on primary scanning and printing functions. However, the status display is not backlit and impossible to read without a lot of light. I keep a flashlight by the printer in order to read the status display. It is hard to believe that Canon couldn't afford to, at minimum, put a backlight on the plain LCD screen let alone not put a real touch display on this printer like they do some of the cheaper and lower end models.
