Great pictures. Ease of use. Fill tanks. There is almost nothing I don't like about this printer. The software and screen could use some more love though. Not too much of a hassle, tho. I'm only giving it 4/5 on Ease of Use mostly because of the software. The screen? Would be nice to have a bigger screen. However, navigating the screen - while a bit of a pain - is not so much of a problem. The pictures? FANTASTIC.

We purchased the Canon PIXMA MegaTank G6020 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet printer to replace a seven year old Canon color laser printer which was beginning to malfunction. I love the G6020. My wife and I have printed something every day since we purchased it 2 months ago and the ink levels are still near 50%. We’ve printed massive escrow document packages with ease, plenty of paper capacity in the large main tray. The G6020 is capable of printing fairly good quality photographs on photo paper, the printer can print all the way to the edges. One feature that I have found to be surprisingly useful is the Canon PRINT mobile phone app synced with the G6020 printer. You can check ink levels, run printer diagnostics, and get support from your phone. I use the PRINT app to assist me in scanning documents and converting them to pdf files. with the PRINT app and the G6020 printer, I can scan, convert, and email documents effortlessly from my phone. Buy this printer.

So far I really like this printer! I'm loving the ink capacity of the eco tanks! I've printed at least a ream of paper and still have 90% of the ink left in the tanks! I have NOT tried the scanner yet so can't comment on it's scanning abilities. The reason for the 4 star rating is (1) The LCD screen is too small and hard to read (2) The print & colors are not super sharp but for what I'm using it for it hasn't really mattered yet. (3) It didn't come with a physical instruction handbook so there's buttons on the printer that I don't know what they're for so guess you'd have to look online and I haven't done that yet either. All in all, it's a decent printer! And since I've been trying to get a printer since Nov., I just glad to finally find one!!

Good office printer. I use this for a small office, very efficient with ink, and good print quality. This will print out normal documents, color charts, recipes, etc. very well, but this is NOT a good photo printer, it's not meant to be; just know that going in so you have realistic expectations. Ink is easy to fill, and I like the system much better than one of the Epsons I've also tried. It seems much less likely to make a mess, and you can see the ink levels much better. I like that there's a rear-tray that you can select separately - I use that to load checks or specialty paper without having to empty the main tray. This is much less noisy and cheaper to operate than the color laser printer it replaced. Overall very happy with this printer so far.

This is the best printer we have ever had,easy to use and very easy to set up. Also we are very happy with the print quality.

It was very easy to set up. The color is good the only issue I have with it is there is a delay sometimes from 10 seconds to a minute before it starts printing after you try to air print some thing. Other than that it works awesomely

I hate reviews that are posted right after a purchase. Good or bad there's not enough usage to fully evaluate a product. So here's my review 9 months after my purchase with pretty much daily usage. Setup and initial configuration were fairly simple. I like the the "tanks" vs cartridge for ink. Seems to last longer. Thats where the good ends. I use wireless connectivity, because frankly, I couldn't get the ethernet connectivity to work. It should have been, plug & play. No issue with any other device connected to my network. The printer loses connectivity easily. Always have to disconnect/uninstall reinstall to get it to work. The screen is unreadable if you do not have direct light shining on it. I keep a flashlight on the printer. The print quality is good. The scanner is useless. Its extremely slow, takes forever to warm up and scan. Repeats for each page. The scanning software is not good. The scan quality is terrible. When scanning reciepts, I have to use photo settings to make it readable. My advice is buy something else. I'm so mad at myself for switching from HP Color Laser Jet. I like the ease of use with this printer and the quality of print. I don’t like the quality of pictures because it’s a bit flat but it gets the job done. It prints a decent speed if you have a lot to print like more than 10 pages you’ll be waiting a bit but no biggie. Overall it comes with lots of ink and is a great home office printer.

I absolutely love this printer. I have this exact printer but my ink waste is full and I didn’t have the time to have it serviced so I’m getting another one because I love it so much!

This is an eco tank printer and has a lot of ink come with the printer in the box. Printing quality is the usual for Canon printers, but I love how easy it is to fill the tank and how long it lasts! Very good value for the price!

i have printed documents and 5x7 photos; all good quality. easy to set up. have easily printed from both ios16 and windows 11. this is my second canon printer, sadly i only had to replace due to software was obsolete for my 11yr old model. i recommend this for home office and hobbies.

The Canan Printer is very reliable for what it is intended to do. It prints out fast; the ink is easy to install and easy to navigate. I would buy this product again.

Works great once you figure out how to setup. No instruction manual to understand all of the different functions.

Bought this Canon PIXMA MegaTank G6020 printer right after buying another brand's cheaper but non-functional printer. It's working fine for me so far, since mid-April, for light use (taxes). Was concerned at first by the instructions but I got it to do what I needed without a problem. The print isn't as crisp as you find with an office laser printer, but it's fine for my needs.

I have always liked Canon products and this printer is no exception. It prints fast and clear. I like that it has a bottom feed tray and a rear feed tray. I keep premium paper in one and standard paper in the other so I no longer have to switch out the paper depending on the printing job. For the size, I was expecting it to be loud, but its actually one of the quietest printers I've had.

I love this printer it has allowed me to print a lot of pages that required lot of color. My favorite is on glossy paper because it is so vibrant.

A Workhorse of a printer. The mega tanks offer us and extremely high yield of printing. The printer was easy to set up and Wireless connections were easy to configure. Definitely consistent with the usual Canon quality

easy set up, nice printer, can't go wrong. Read a lot of reviews on diffuctly setting up wireless connection, i had no issue whatsoever. Only drawback is for the size of this printer the display is too small

Easy to set up, this printer is now our “go to” for printing anything in the house. The only drawback is the lack of the ADF for scanning - but we still have another printer set up that can handle the massive scanning needs while this capable printer handles inexpensive printing needs. Also, high quality picture printing is also on its plate. Highly recommend.

This printer fits my needs for everyday printing with 2-sided and art/photo quality media with the direct through feed for heavy paper including watercolor paper
