Great print quality, even on photos. It's slow to print duplexes. I ended up getting a replacement when it stopped printing in color after extended periods of not printing.

THE CANON PRINTER HAS BEEN BEEN USED MY ME THROUGH THE YEARS. THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS PRINTER WAS NOT A "USER-FRIENDLY" PRINTER TO SET UP WITH MY 2007 APPLE DESK TOP COMPUTER. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REQUEST A SCAN FROM THE COMPUTER. THE INSPECTION WINDOW IS VERY SMALL AND DIFFICULT TO READ SINCE THERE IS NO BACKGROUND LIGHTING TO ILLUMINATE THE VARIOUS PRINTER FUNCTIONS (ESPECIALLY OLDER FOLKS WITH READING GLASSES)....THE DEEP-TANKS SHOULD PROVIDE SOME ADVANTAGE ONCE I BECOME MORE INVOLVED WITH PRINTING. THE CANON TECHNICIANS WERE INVALUABLE TO GET ME UP AND RUNNING.

This printer was bought for my father-in-law. He probably was one of the last people who used a dot matrix printer. He was very pleased with the printer and how fast it printed one sheet. He chose black and white printer because he just writes letters. It makes it easier to change the ink too.

I love this printer. It's taking me a bit to learn it since I'm use to HP and the Xerox from work but the prints are amazing. I wish the options from printing, scanning, copying were a lot easier from the commands to the buttons, to the software.

Good quality for a good price. Excelent for bussiness you could save money

This printer does everything I need it to do. The ink tanks are massive and easy to see where the ink level is at. The paper tray holds an adequate amount of paper for the average user. Set up was extremely easy except the interface is a bit cumbersome to use a better screen would be nice. There were some reviews that stated the printer shuts down and needs to be turned on when you want to use it. To prevent this just READ THE MANUAL and adjust the shut off feature so the printer doesn’t shut itself off.

The display is not backlit, so I have to use a flashlight to see what it shows. The setting for printing is difficult to make changes for 1 print. I want to use only black ink for draft copies, and I get a warning dialog box. It stops printing quit often to run it adjustment. It uses more ink than the HP version.

I was in the market to get a new printer, and I was looking for different ones. When I first heard of the mega tank printers, I was immediately looking into them. At first, I was on the fence when I first purchase. Wondering if the ink indeed lasted as much as they said, well, this was true the ink is excellent. It is a bit more expensive, but the ink is cheaper to purchase. I must have to print multiple things, and the ink has it is still more than 3/4 full. Now all I have to buy is more paper!

The color was bad on paper. (Matt light color). After five months, it just stopped connecting completely to the Internet. I would reboot it then It couldn’t find the Internet. and o after a long few tries it did finally connect to it, and then disconnect again. I’ll have to repeat the process this happened on many occasions.

Overall, the printer works fine, however, the display panel is dim and hard to easily read.

Bought for my daughter,she was doing wedding invitations and this worked great printed on heavy card stock,and also envelopes also loved the ink tanks Great printer

I've only had this printer for a short while but it produces beautiful prints, has a prodigious ink supply, was easy to setup and was reasonably priced.

The printer is so perfect, the copy are excellent.

I estimated I would spend the cost of this printer after replacing my existing existing cartridges 4x- if I could find them since my printer is almost 10 yrs old. I could buy a new printer and refill it’s ink 3x. So this printer is a deal! Easy to set up. Easy to wirelessly print from my Iphone, MAC, and MacBook. I haven’t tried doing any special print actions from my phone. Laptop and desktop will take care of that. For anyone tired of the expensive proprietary ink options- should seriously look at a tank printer. I chose the cannon, because that’s what I have, and I like their pic quality

Very easy to install and operate......works exactly as described. Excellent quality images and text printer, and performs multiple functions. Recommend !!

The printer is easy to set up and use. I have used it to print photos and regular everyday documents. The printed items are clear and the color is very bright

So far so good just wish it supported double sided printing for glossy paper

Decided to go with the Mega Tank printer instead of the cartridge type this time around. So far what I've printed is fine, but haven't tried a picture yet. My only issue is the old school control panel and definitely lack of a background light.
