I've had an HP all-in-one that has been great. I got this because it was a tank design and had read over the long haul it would save money in ink and did very well with pictures. I am least happy with it not staying "asleep" but turning itself off when not used for awhile. The HP went to sleep and awakened without having to turn it back on manually. Given the advantage of wireless printing to have your printer in another room this seems like a significant oversight. Of course, there may be a way to make this happen that I just don't know!

This is an excellent printer. The scans turn out great as do the printouts. I really like the ink viewports. Easy to tell how much ink is remaining. Not to mention, the printer came with two blank ink refills! I won't need black ink for a long time!

It’s a little more challenging to set up but once you scan box and download app it simple.

Never buy an ink cartridge again. I've had it for a year and still have lots of ink. The images are still sharp and the print is great.

this is the best printer that our office and household have ever had, we are considering purchasing more.

Our older mega tank 3200 after four years finally broke down. Had the same ink in it when I bought it four years ago so hoping this one works like that one. Printed a lot of photos also on the old printer. Easy to use and set up with my wifi.

I am happy with this printer and hope it will cost less to keep ink in. It says I can connect my iPhone but so far I have not been able to do so.

I print tons of things for meetings and have printed and printed without using up too much ink. Also have printed pictures without the tanks going down much. Scan feature works smoothly. Finally I use the two sided feature all the time. Saves time and paper.

This thing is pretty great! It took a minute for me to work out printing from my iPhone, but I figured it it out.

Needed a photo quality printer since I have 2 grandchildren and 1 on the way. Tired of buying ink cartridges every other month or sooner. This printer holds a massive amount of ink at a reasonable price. Not the fastest in the world but photo quality is great. Very pleased.

Prints great. Gave it 3 stars because it does not have automatic feed, must pull out paper slide tray otherwise the paper will fall onto floor, and loading the paper is sensitive. If the paper is not stacked properly the paper will not feed or jam when making copies. Returned printer for these reasons.

Takes a long time to print a document after it is sent from the desktop to the printer. Linger via WiFi. Very good print quality, though.

This replaced my old printer that gave it up. First time I have had a Canon but very pleased. It is compatible with my HP computer. I was intrigued with the new inkwell system replacing the cartridges, so far so good. We will see if it is actually cheaper than cartridge replacement. I have noticed that the blue ink seems to be used up faster than the other colors. It scans and prints, differently from my former printer where I could push buttons on the printer, this is all linked to my PC, laptop, tablet and no problems operating from there. My only disappointment was having to wait 3 weeks to get it here and set up. Not a printer problem, just an issue with Best Buy needing to hire.

very good printer. I like it. Prints well. Does an excellent job printing in color. Glad to be rid of ink cartridges.

Print speed good (not great,) and good quality printing for documents. Was a challenge to set up, and not as easy to use (compared to the prior PIXMA we left due to unavailability of ink cartridges.) Hoping the tanks are a better option than cartridges. Overall, acceptable device, but need more time to recommend it.

The small screen and lack of good directions make it hard to get set up. But once setup works well overall a good printer

This was an emergency purchase since my printer died in the middle of printing a project. Setup was easy for me. I like that it can print to the edge which is one of the main reasons I chose this printer. Color quality is good for an inkjet.

We only had it for a few weeks and it has been great. It is good to know you send something to print and it prints. The most difficult was getting it set-up for our internet.

I love how the ink system works. If you prefer investing in a printer with long lasting ink and cheap refills this is for you. It also comes with enough black ink to last a year. If you run a small business or do lots of at home printing you will love this!
