This is the way to go if you have a small business like I do. Way better than standard printers

The printing quality is pretty good. I like the scanning quality as well. The only thing I dislike is how long it takes for the printer to respond via Wi-Fi. Otherwise the printer is very simple to use.

Enjoy and much needed printer. Use it for many important tasks.

I would not recommend buying for a computer with an ARM processor, the cannon website says it is ARM compatible, but it isn't out of the box ARM compatible. The windows installation software won't run on ARM running windows 11. Now you can install a driver that will print but it is buggy. I knew in advance it wasn't 5g compatible but not the software problem and i almost returned the printer. But instead, I will keep it and dump the windows surface pro 11 ARM tablet with an Intel lunar lake when they come out.

Outstanding printer hat is fast, quiet and durable for my home business needs.

Been working great, even remotely, took a couple of times to get the installation to work.

Easy to install, ink wells easy to work with and looking like many pages will print before adding ink.

My encounter with a live person was good. The virtual person was ok, but, seemed to get upset with me for not being computer literate. I am 77 yrs old. If I were computer literate I would not need geek squad.

Scan to computer setup instructions are horrible, but once everything is setup works fine. Print quality is good.

In love. If you have no idea (like me) how to set up the printer, you will need a help. But after all, it's worthy! Decent price, good material, ink is durable... im pretty sure I did a good job purchasing that one.

This is a great printer. I'm able to printer wirelessly from a laptop or my phone. We've only had it for a short time but so far with the amount of printing that I've done it uses far less ink than our last printer. This came with large bottles to fill ink wells which is alot better than those tiny expensive cartridges you have to replace more often than you should. At this point I definitely recommend this printer.

Really loving this printer! There were some kinks to work out as it wasn’t connecting to our wifi or staying connected but we’ve been able to figure it out. Mainly chose this one for picture printing and it’s worked great.

One of the best printers I have ever purchased. Hassle free in all aspects. The efficiency in ink usage is outstanding. Perfect for the office and home office.

I haven’t used it yet other than the test set up but it appears to work well and good quality.

Great printer and extra ink was an added bonus...much cheaper than cartridges.

Very nice printer, and a good value for an ink-tank printer. The ink that came with the printer was enough to fill all of the ink reservoirs, plus two additional black ink bottles. Nice all-in-one feature set, and it supports double-sided printing. Pretty large paper tray, so you aren’t constantly having to reload paper.

Prints wonderful photos. Fast printer. Glitchy when syncing to computer. Uses ink really fast.

I went into Best Buy Levitttown and explained my business needs to the gentleman working at the Computer & Printer Department. I explained we do high volume and normally work with a LaserJet he assured me that this printer would save me on Ink and work just as well. This printer cannot handle volume and is temperamental. If the Operational Panel is slightly tilted in one way, it will not print. If you load paper into the rear tray, the slot needs to be placed a certain way or it will not print, often the paper moves the slot open causing the printer NOT to print. Too many hoops to jump through to even print a page. To make matters worse, just a few short months of owning this printer and it is no longer working. The pages print with smudged ink probably because it could not handle being used so often. I have attempted numerous times to make an appointment seeing as I have the protection plan and Geek Squad Maintenance plan the but am on a 3-week waiting list.
