My only beef is that when it goes into sleep mode it does not wake up automatically when I go to print something. I have to go to the printer to turn it on. Love the large ink tanks!

I love the fact that refills are cheap and last forever.

Probably the most un-user friendly printer I’ve ever used in my life. I tried to give this printer the benefit of the doubt as a craft printer because printers are very hard to get right now but even with knowledge of printer and extensive research this printer still failed to have a working back feeder unless it was set to plain paper which makes it pointless to even have the glossy or matte setting when they will not even work with the back feeder. If you want to purchase a product that will stress you out this is the way to go. Pros: good quality prints in the MAIN TRAY, and lots of ink Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE

I’ve had this printer for about 10 months now and it’s absolutely fantastic uses very little ink or the tanks for large enough that for months worth of heavy printing I’m down a quarter tank. I would highly recommend this to anybody who needs a printer scanner copier all in one and has a lot of printing in mind

I like it so far. I like the ink system. It prints well. The only negative - it seems like when hit "print" on the computer, the printer does not turn on automatically, I have to manually turn it on. Not used to that.

This replaced an earlier mx series printer. The only negative is it does not have an auto sheet feeder for multiple document scanning or copying. We use this for a lot of work documents and items and we used to replace ink every month. We have only used half the ink in the ink tanks so far since we purchased it

The only issue I had with this printer was pairing with the phones and tablets. One step of the process was not clear when you had to ok a step. But other than that the rest of the setup is smooth sailing. Good quality copies. Great price for an eco tank.

Really good printer, really like the reservoir feature. It was a little of a pain to set up, and the instructions could have been a little clearer

Currently using 3 of these in 3 different locations due to the cost savings on ink. It works great for printing from desktop, laptop via network and cell phone via wi fi. If you print a lot, you will save a ton of money on ink

Purchased for home/business use and it’s been a great buy. Still learning to use the back tray? But other than that It’s working well and love the sleek design.

It was a little tricky to set up. Had to re-do a couple of times. Works well and copies (only thing I have tried so far) are clear and very professional looking.
