This printer is terrific. We’ve had five printers through the years. The ink bottles were easy to fill. My last printer wasted so much expensive ink. I’ve used this one every day since we have it and the ink levels have barely moved. I’m very happy with the photo quality. The color is perfect. I installed the app on my phone & set it up quickly.

Great printer for the price. Ink lasts a long time and refills are very reasonably priced.

Printer is excellant as far as printing. The problem with it is you need to use a flashlight to read the display screen! That was a big error on Canons part.

We really like the way the ink is and so far it has been printing great with no issues.

Lack of backlit control panel is poor design. Two years in and get poor print quality looking like dirty print heads. Cleaning no good and then get error code 5200. Troubleshooting found on web does not resolve. Next option is buying new print head from canon. Nope, not going to risk $70+, finding another brand.

Surprisingly this printer was very easy to instal.

The photo print quality is good. Apart from office printing need, I am using it for decorating walls of my living rooms, and I am happy with the quality.

Pros: It prints, the ink seems to last Cons: Not the most precise but it's not bad. Not an easy set up, no backlight on screen, tiny screen and not many options for customization. Dpi adjustment is nonexistent. Every-time I print labels they smear and aren't centered even when I adjust settings no matter which paper or company I use. They're made for inkjet and it's a no for me. The back feed is temperamental and works when it feels like it.

This is a great ink jet printer for home use. Prints are vibrant.

Obviously, the ink is great. We have had this almost 2 months now and it is wired to our LAN and 3 computers. The printer keeps saying "printer not found" or "not available" at random when someone tries to print. It has happened to all 3 computers repeatedly & we have completely uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Also, It is making weird loud grinding noises after it prints.

I would not recommend buying for a computer with an ARM processor, the cannon website says it is ARM compatible, but it isn't out of the box ARM compatible. The windows installation software won't run on ARM running windows 11. Now you can install a driver that will print but it is buggy. I knew in advance it wasn't 5g compatible but not the software problem and i almost returned the printer. But instead, I will keep it and dump the windows surface pro 11 ARM tablet with an Intel lunar lake when they come out.
