Sooo disappointing, so frustrated! I trusted Canon, but it disappointed me very much. soO many large "cons" with very few "pros" You had to have tons of patience and time to set up this printer and use it to print. I'm a "computer guy" but still... I can't easily find printing settings on my mac. Not that easy as it supposed to be! It took me a lot of time. I hate to keep printer always on, or... I had to run to another room to turn it on another day when I used wi-fi to sent to print. Hate this! I sent 15-pages black and white file to print (kids coloring pages) - it printed 7 and started “cleaning”, after that finished 3 other pages - it took ‘forever to print” (I compare with my old Brother MFC printer) Right after that printed 1-double-sided page and printer started “cleaning” I liked ink system BUT I printed only 35 pictures pages (simple kids aminals pictures) and 1/4 of ink quickly disappeared. To compare with my old Brother MFC printer it could print and print and print! Sooo disappointing, so frustrated! Connected to mac desktop, but I couldn’t get his printer to connect to macbook Sooo disappointing, so frustrated! I’m going to return and back to my old printer (Brother MFC)!

kind of confused on use. Had a hard time getting it to print.

I print a ton and this printer prints so many pages before it needs to be refilled. It’s larger priced out the door but the money you save in ink makes up for it.

The installation was quick and painless. Filled the ink tanks, the mobile app takes you through the steps. The best part no more ink cartridges.

Excellent printer, fast delivery by Best Buy. Just wish it would turn on automatically.

I am a teacher and print lots of copies. It was a real inconvenience when I had a hp printer that had to buying new cartridges all the time This is the printer for you if you print lots of copies.

This printer does an excellent job, is jam free, & I expect it to be more economical to use due to large ink tanks. It comes w/tanks & extra black tanks. I do a lot of printing, for home, so also need color for pics. Am pleased.

While there is a lot that this printer does well, it is plagued with a major flaw. The overall print quality is very good when set on photo best and the cost of printing is very low, but the colors are quite faded. Reds are pink when they should be a deep red. Very disappointed with this printer.

Overall pretty good. Have to make sure the device you are printing from is on 2.4ghz band or it won’t work. Once I figured that out it was easy. Also that it doesn’t have a auto wake when you print is a drawback.

Printer works as expected. Which there was a cheaper model available and bluetooth capability.

It has been excellent so far. Easy to use. Always had good luck with Canon cameras and other products. Looking at a Canon scanner for our old pictures and slides.

I love this printer. I was looking for a color laser printer until I saw this megatank technology. Now that I'm using it I'm glad I bought it.

Works great. Downside is that it goes into some kind of assessment mode every now and then, which takes time.

Returned it since I thought it had auto feed and it didn't. It looked like it was exactly what I wanted, but then when it arrived I realized it did not have the auto-feed feature. Salesman ordered it for me at the store.

Very nice printer. Lots of ink provided. First one leaked the whole black ink tank on my shelf & carpet tho. Replacement unit is working fine.
