I LIKE EVERYTHING EXCEPT THAT IT DOES NOT COME WITH A OPERATING MANUAL.

Bought this as I hate replacing cartridges. So far it’s worked perfectly.

using the chat feature was seamless. I have an excellent experience the chat person was very helpful.

The operating screen is small and unlit, and difficult to read.

It works great. The only problem was the directions on how to add the toners and how to set up the wifi. It took me almost 2 hours to set it up.

This is my second purchase of a PIXMA printer. Worked well, like the mega tank Ink feature.

The DELL G6020 Printer is a great replacement for my previous DELL Printer. Prices for the ink cartriges, with print heads were too expenseive. The MegaTanks used by the G6020 is great and less costly.

Love the bulk ink aspect. Not as an intuitive in operation. Good quality.

I got this printer to replace an MG5420, which I liked pretty well, but the printing head went bad after 6 years and I figured the price of the head didn't warrant replacing it, vs. getting a newer printer. Bad choice. So far, I hate this printer. I was not successful setting up a wireless connection, so I use the USB connection, but that won't work with the scanner. I get error messages that it can't connect when I try to scan. Then, when I click on the support, I get pages in Chinese! A Google search for the problem turns up nothing. The manual is hopeless. In addition the control panel on the printer is not illuminated, so I have to keep a flashlight by the computer to see it. I just hope the ink lasts as long as it says, because all of the other features are not worth the money.

Doesn’t print super fast. But I’ve printed over 1,000 pages so far and still have 3/4 black ink left. Got tired of spending soo much on regular ink cartridge printers, figured I’d try this, and I’m glad I did. Already saving money

This was super easy to set up and use. So far we are loving it. We’ll have to wait and see how it stands up to the test of time. Only complaint is that it wasn’t packed in a box for shipping so everyone could see what it was.

Excellent printer even though it does have some compatibility issues with one of my newer laptops.

Great machine for the price. Ink price you can’t beat. I was scammed by the Epson inc costs and preventing aftermarket cartridges and this is a great solution

It is a good printer, just maybe not soo good for printing out pictures overall.

Great printer! Easy to set up and pages print quickly. Pictures come out great as well! Hands down best printer I’ve ever purchased! Way better than HP!

Complicated print settings, display is not very visible. Overall is a solid printer.

good printer, takes to long to power up. once item in the que, it takes another moment to print.

My wife uses is regularly and says it was simple to install and use. That's all I needed to hear.

The printer is okay for a wireless option. My only complain is the picture printing is incredibly slow. Also, it does not connect to my network even after spending hours on the phone with tech support. Canon support was great. The ink cartridge capacity led me to get the printer and has lasted me a while now, so that’s a plus. Overall it’s an average printer.
