    I returned this printer because I wanted the G7920 that has the document feeder. I love the fact that it is liquid ink instead of an expensive cartridge.

    Super duper disappointing. When it worked it was great however it just stopped printing and nothing I tried would fix it. Luckily I bought the replacement plan and Best Buy gave me store credit.

    wanted to love this, but. This was a fantastic printer for the first few months however, after some time it started to display poor quality. After trouble shooting through Canon, it was found that the print heads needed replaced, averaged 5-6 print items ever other day. Thank goodness Best Buy Total Protection was in play- no questions-credited for another item.

    Although I hadn’t used it much, I thought this printer would pay itself over and over. NOT! I bought it less than 4 months ago and it’s DEAD. Just not powering on at all. I’m very disappointed :(

    Great for use of ink, because you do not have to buy ink periodically. However, it is difficult to learn the basic steps to set it up. It constantly does not show up on my computers a printer available;lable, so I have tp re-install it.

    We live this printer! Our old one broke and my husband researched a new one. It Amal yet heavy duty. Took some time to set-up.
