I love the fact I can print many pages and not worry that I am running out of ink.

Very nice printer love canon had them for years and years.

Easy set-up. Sleeps after a period so need to wake it up if it’s been inactive. Prints black and white fairly quickly, although not as fast as much more expensive printers. Good size.

For last 20 years my printer has alwasy been a canon. But this probably the last time i;ll own a canon printer. I must have gotten a problem item. and this is the most expensive canon printer i ever own... Its always gving me problems. Even with wired connections i have to keep rebooting the printer to work at least once a week. Worst if its setup on wifi... need to keep rebootng.

Had an older HP printer that worked well for years. Family concerned about ink being available.

Does not print in vibrant color, very washed out looking even after changing my settings.

Bought back in April and everything seemed good at first. Printer has been connected via ethernet to a switch since purchase. A few months ago the printer started giving an offline message. The only way to get it working has been to completely reset the printer and uninstall/reinstall everything on the computer. Customer support only repeats the posted troubleshooting. The disconnected error happens constantly. Buying another printer. Will not buy another canon. I have tried both ethernet (primary) and wifi. Does the same thing on both.

I returned this printer because the screen is so small. The ink part is nice, but you have to have good eyesight to see the screen.

Exellent printer and love the fact that the ink will last a really long time!

This printer jams up very often. Difficult to get the jams out. Never had this problem with my HP.

Excellent on use of toner.. 4 months and it is still using the original toner

Obviously, the ink is great. We have had this almost 2 months now and it is wired to our LAN and 3 computers. The printer keeps saying "printer not found" or "not available" at random when someone tries to print. It has happened to all 3 computers repeatedly & we have completely uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Also, It is making weird loud grinding noises after it prints.

I am very satisfied with this printer. It does everything that I have needed
