Not so great...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I upgraded my computer to Windows 7 from XP my old scanner was not compatible. So, I bought this one as it seemed to be pretty good from the reviews. The plastic part that holds up the paper was broken when I got it, it was too much trouble to bring it back for such a small thing...but it is a pain in the neck as there is no way to attach it to the scanner except with duct tape. This scanner doesn't scan negatives or slides and is pretty much a piece of junk compared to my Epson Perfection 1660 which I loved!

Not easy to set up

I had a little bit of trouble getting the printer to connect to my wi-fi. I called Canon and their customer service was also excellent. The printer is up and running and working perfectly.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased this printer to replace another Canon that was very troublesome. 2 BIg problems: It is painfully slow printing documents, and WARNING, there is no place for the printed documents other than FALLING ON THE FLOOR!! I was shocked at the poor design. I would not buy it again and wish I had my old one back.

Could do better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was on a flash sale so I really didn't research it. I wanted a new wireless printer. I thought it would be smaller but same size as my current wireless that is 4 years old. It uses ink fast and takes forever to print. I often get errors and it doesn't print and then hours later, spits it out. My older Epson still works--just an issue with yellow but receives the print and prints quickly using less ink. Also the instructions are not the easiest to follow.
