Got it on sale - ink is expensive

Color is a little slow, but not a big deal. It's very lightweight, which makes it feel cheaply built, but I'm OK with it. The worst part is the ink that costs around $50 if you get the XL cartridges. "That's where they get you!" But it comes with about 25 free photo cards, which I didn't expect. A little added bonus. All-in-all, a good product for the money I spent.

Love Canon Printers

I've owned a lot of printers over the years and I always come back to Canon. One big reason is that the ink is reasonably priced.

Difficulty setting up

The only problem I had with the printer is that I wasn't able to connect it to my laptop so I could see documents I had scanned. The online application I downloaded did not help with the scanning process but the printer is a nice, light-weight, appealing printer.
