So far so good with this printer. Only problem I have is that once it prints the paper the sheets don't stay on the loading tray well. It could be wider.

My old printer was also a Canon. I stayed with the brand because I was always pleased with the way it performed. The TR8620 is a step up and comes with a learning curve required, but I really like it.

I was looking for a copier machine to replace one I had for 15+ years. I wanted HP and I wanted auto double sided copying. Also this machine holds only a small mount of paper so needs to be refilled all the time. It is in my basement so up and down the stairs to fill. I wouldn't have purchased this product but it was all that was available in store and online. Have to make do with a lesser product. The Best Buy online operator that helped me find this did a great job considering no copiers to pick from but this 1.

Was easy to set up with my computers and the ink cost is very reasonable.

This is my first Canon Printer and I must say the Pixma TR8620 has made me a fan of Canon products. Over the years I have used just about all the major inkjet printers and never have I found one trintero be easier to set up, simple to use nor more satisfactory in quality of performance. This little beauty has made me a believer in Canon Printers.

It was very easy to use. Excellent pictures. Affordable.

The printer works fine with easy set up. However it is quite inconvenient to each time flip up the LED screen before printing. Also the photo printing can empty the ink cartridge quite quick.

Works very well, although sometimes you have to push the button to turn it on or off a couple of times before it responds. Makes great copies or print-outs from the computer.

Still get to know this device. Been gone for 3 weeks so have not used it alot yet. One thing i've noticed is that it goes to sleep and shows up as offline during wireless printing printing. I have to go and wake it up. I probably need to do some research. Other than that I'm very satisfied with the printer. Good value. Would recommend this printer.

The printer was good. The quality of the colored prints looked really nice. The scanner worked well for a home printer. But it only lasted a year and 4 months. It keeps turning on and off after I just replaced the ink cartridges. I will take it to the geek squad and see if they can fix it. If they are unable to fix it, I just wasted $80.00 in ink that I am not sure I will use, unless I purchase the same product.

Easy to hook up. Works like a champ. Good color printing. I just printed 8 narrative appraisals. That is about 1.5 reams of paper. Speedy and quiet as well. I do wish that the plastic could be a little heavier. I worry about how well it will hold up over time.

Got this printer to handle little "home office" projects. So far, so good! Loading the paper is a bit awkward, and it doesn't hold a lot in the tray, but otherwise, no problems.
