Very surprised I have only had HP printers they make them so cheap now mine lasted a lot of years i tossed it out bought a couple no good bought this Canon best thing since peanut butter I will never buy anything but canon from now on and i am 82 years young and learned how to use it was really easy.

easy set up. prints great pictures and can use from phone

I purchased this Canon to replace one that had aged out, and it's a worthy home office replacement for frequent, but simple, printing jobs. It's a bit mechanically goofy in that the front panel must be open to be able to print, but it must be opened and closed manually - I would think this would be something that the printer could do on its own, like my older Canon did. Print quality is perfectly fine, but opening and closing the front panel becomes tedious over time.

It's a good printer. Easy to use. You have to manually copy double sided. It's not automatic. I haven't figured out how to set up the fax.

I had my old printer for years and was thrilled with it…the past year I had so much trouble using it but didn’t want to make the change…well I had to finally buy a new..this has been a great new transition…easy to use and a nice quality

This printer does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is fantastic at doing the task it was made for and easy to setup anyone can do it.

I am not completely familiar with the operations of my Canon - Pixma TR8620 wireless printer and scanner, but it seems to fit my needs. The options that come up when I print something are a little confusing, and the process is a somewhat slow. I haven't needed to replace ink cartridges yet, but I don't think I will have a problem with that as long as I find a source readily available. The scanning window is confusing as to where to put the original, especially with something in a book--not having it get the entire image, or placing it correctly squared.

Bought this to replace a HP Photosmart C7280 printer because the HP 02 Cartridges were discontinued and the stores ran out of original cartridge's also I never used remanufactured cartridges because I did not want trouble with the ink. The Canon printer was easy to set up and is working good.

it took a while for me to get the printer to work. It does do a good job of printing. I can't say about photos because I haven't printed photos yet.

Bought this printer to replace my Canon printer that no longer printed all the colors. This was easy to set up, and it prints good color and is fast enough for home use. Nice to have 2-sided printing available, and the document feeder is also a great feature.

I love this printer. Bought it as it was best rated among others. I’m not technically savvy but was able to set it up and use easily by following simple instructions. I’m homeschooling therefore I use it nearly everyday. I’ve had no issues so far. Love it! This is the one!!

The printing quality at default settings are pretty good. Black text printing looks sharp and good. Color printing is also pretty good with some slight grainy-ness at default settings when using plain paper. Printer set up is super easy. I’m very happy for the dollars spent.

The Pixma TR8620 is much quicker than our older Pixma printer, and connected to our wireless network easily. AirPrint and Windows printing are seamless. The only downside is the price of Canon branded ink which continues to be almost comical.

Great for scanning and copies, kind on slow on printing and does not hold much paper

I finally needed to replace my aging MX870 that had been through more revitalizing services than I can remember. Naturally I chose Canon for reliability and if initial impressions are correct, this is a fantastic little printer. Typical Canon quality and easy setup. I highly recommend it.

Easy to set up. Only issue is that the LCD display needs to be in the up position for the printer to print.

Happy with this product. Only negative is that no one ( Geek Squad and Canon help #) has been able to help us set our cell phones to print from.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This printer is trash. I purchased it <2 years ago and used it approximately 10 times in the last two years - typically only when needing to print important documents. Today, the printer turned on, with error code 6800. Support services told me that this is essentially an unfixable error code and that there is nothing that can be done to fix the printer. There was no inciting event. There was no issue with the printer previously. Over $200 spent for 10 total prints. That is unacceptably poor quality in the year 2023. I was then offered the absolutely laughable "reimbursement" of 10% off another Canon device. I will not be purchasing another Canon device ever again. Horrible product. Horrible service.

Easy setup and nice print quality for the cost! Very impressed. We both this printer to replace two home office computers so we'll see how the added usage wears with time but right now I'm convinced I made the right choice and as always, a great deal at BB.
