Used canon printers in the past with no glitches. The last one I bought was a dud. Called their tech support with no luck. Took the unit to best buy and exchanged it with the TR8620 which was more $$$ of course. It recognized the computer and the computer recognized it using wireless but all it would do is print out blank pages. Hard wired it to the computer and works fine. Print quality is good, but may try a different brand next time.

Great Printer, this is my second Canon. The last one I had for 10yrs., so I would only replace it with another Canon Pixma. Good price but what I liked the best was that this printer was in stock at my local Best Buy and I could just drive over and pick it up. No waiting.

Worked fine from setup. Recommend. Doesn't seem to have the odd quirks other printers I've owned do (Brother and HP)

The printer is very easy to use. It turns off after not being used for a certain time. I would recommend this printer for at home use.

I was scared that this wouldn’t have installation for my Mac, but so far so good. The mobile app on iOS has been really good too. The photo quality print has been good, if you have an eye for detail you will have to determine that for yourself.

This printer is replacing a Canon MX922 that I was very happy with but just stopped working after many years and would be too expensive to repair. This unit works well but just does not seem to be as "robust" in construction as the MX922. It is about 2/3's the size so it takes up less space and weighs less than the MX922. The interface with my computer is good and fairly intuitive. Set up was fairly straight forward and I have faxed, scanned and printed with it without any issues. No complaints yet.

Have owned Canons for years because I like the color prints. So far, printing very nicely and easy to set up.

My new Canon Pixma printer is more compact thus using less counter space but it has all the features I need. It wasn't too difficult to set up and all the functions are working properly. I like that it can be used with a variety of devices!

Great budget do it all printer/copier! Easy to use. We had a previous version that eventually broke down under hard use over many years. Replacing the ink cartridges is also very easy to do.

This is the first wireless printer I have purchased which actually works like the instructions say. The ink consumption is perfect and has lasted a while. I bought back up ink 2 months ago and have not needed it yet. Good buy

This unit is light weight and fairly quiet operation. It's easy to use and the print quality is very good considering its moderate price. It can interface directly to a USB port or wireless via WI-Fi. But the best part is that you can scan a document to PDF without having to buy expensive third-party software. I've always been a fan of Canon printers and cameras and the TR8620 is another reason why!

Excellent value, easy to use some difficulties in setting it up, couldn't get the Bluetooth to work so I opted for the cable connection, but there was no cable in the box; fortunately I had a spare.

Easy to setup and a smaller footprint than most which was really important. Also, very easy/helpful to be able to print documents from the phone received via text or email. Also has the multipage loader which is helpful when scanning large doucments.

Very good printer. It was easy to set up, the directions were excellent, and I like the window in the front which tells you what stage you’re at and what to do. I think I will really enjoy this printer.

Quality is fantastic. Perfect for Home Office. Only complaint is it seems to go through ink pretty fast.

This printer does it’s job . I found it easy to setup and get operational WIFI quite quickly. It has worked well but has only been used for about 2 weeks so we will see how it operates over the long haul, I found some of the parts to be flimsy plastic.

Easy to use and set up. Does a great job with Printing and scanning. Very happy with Canon and my purchase. The gentleman at Best Buy was very helpful in selecting the best printer for my needs.
