We had a Canon before, but tried a cheaper Epson and returned it and even tried a different, cheaper Canon model, but neither worked. So, we paid a smidge extra and absolutely love this Canon. Before our old one had to be replaced, it was a work horse and we had it for 8+ years, so we're hoping this one does as well. So far, it exceeds expectations.

So far I'm really liking this new printer, easy to step up.

It’s great! Works wonderful. And not a bad size. It looks cool.

This printer replaced an mx 870 which served me long and well. This one, not so much. The routine to copy document to the computer is vague and awkward to implement. Worst of all, however, is that, of the two computers on our local network, it is undependable - when asked to print from my wife's PC - it sometimes returns the message "printer off line." How on earth can it be off line for one PC and be 'online' for the other? Eventually we get through it, but it happens frequently and is a real pain.

Good print quality for an inkjet machine. I love the multi document feeder, it is saving me so much time. I purchased this primarily for its Fax Functions which work really well even on a VOIP Magic Jack. Wireless setup was probably the easiest on this model compared to even other canon models. This is a great printer.

This is an amazing piece of printer technology, but with a fairly steep learning curve to make full use of all its capabilities. Look forward to learning how to get the most productive use of this printer. Kudos to Best Buy for delivering on its commitment to obtain the printer per its promise--not easy in these days of shortages and lockdowns.

Quick set up and pairing with various devices. Color seems good so far but time will tell as our last printer was Epson and it started out well but printing deteriorated with use

I really like this product. It was very easy to set up.

This was a replacement for an older Canon printer. You have to be something of a geek to set it up - you install the software from a website. The manual is hundreds of pages long but I recommend you at least skim through it. The printer has a lot of features. The first morning after installation I discovered it was off - one of the energy saving features that was a default. So far I have had several code problems - paper hams - and I am glad I bought the extended warranty.

I’ve always used HP brand and the last one just died on me. It’s time to try another brand and this Canon works pretty good so far

Very easy to set up and excellent functionality. Quality of pictures is superb and would recommend this product to anyone in the market for new printer.
