The Canon-Pixma TR8620 is working well for us. If I were to say anything negative about it, it would be that it is noisy at times; other than that, it works great.

print job is nice - Scanning is a little slow. Decent printer. I was lead to believe this printer would be fast. It isn't

Instructions could be better. Tech support to resolve problems (due to lack of specific instructions) was excellent!

I had a problem with it once. I forgot to shut it OFF manually and I screwed my printing process. I have to call th GEEK squad to come to my house to fixed it. Cartridges are expensive and it uses five different cartridges. Why do I have to use five?

This printer as most has pros and cons: Pros: works for most needs Cons: It would not pair and set up with my Dell computer - had to call for help - a couple of hours later it will work with hard wire not wireless. I can not print out real estate contracts for some reason. It only prints part of the page always! May return.

This printer is pretty good. I have always used Canon Printers. I am a Professional Photographer. There is no such thing as a perfect printer.

Very good wireless printer. The range on the other hand seem to be not long enough. I have 3 level house and the signal seem to fade away when I try to print with the printer on a different floor than the wireless router. Keep your router relatively close to the printer and everything works very good.

This printer is trash. Do not buy it. I had multiple issues connecting/setting up. And it kept disconnecting and having jamming issues. Returned it and bought the HP pixima. It’s not worth it this is by far the worst printer I’ve ever owned. Was using it for buisness stuff and it just doesn’t work. Save your money get an HP. You’ll be way happier

This canon all in one has been an amazing addition to my home office. I can literally do everything with it, print, copy, scan and fax. Also, it’s wireless capabilities make work so much more efficient and easier.

If on, It interferes wit my big scanner. Can't load glossy paper in front tray.

This is replacing a fifteen year old Canon. I hope this lasts as long because it has some good features .

I bought this printer for my daughter to use for college assignments and so far it is doing what we needed it to do.

I like this print, however it's prints a little slow than my previous printer. It also wasn't that easy setting it up to work with my computer.

The unit performs well by itself. I had a Canon MP922 which had more features and was easier to use. The unit performs the basic functions well.

The Canon TR-8620 is the easiest printer that I have ever had the opportunity to set up. Out of the box the included instructions were clear and simple. It was set up on my network and printing from three computers and two telephones in less than 15 minutes. Very dependable so far..

Good printer for college papers and documents. I wouldn’t use it for photos though it’s not that great of quality when printing them.

Excellent, prints, scans and faxes. One of the few printers that has fax capability. Set up instructions weren't the best.....I didn't realize there was a rear feeder for paper feeding in addition to the bottom one. Once I figured that out, easy peasy.

I really need a printer asap. I have a newer mac mini 2020 M1 chip pc and many printers simply do not work well with it. I hooked this up with a usb cord purchased at 25 bucks from best buy which is really pricey, but I will likely return the usb cord.

It's a good printer just have a problem with some thing that i was able to do with my HP Printer trying to understand it more as i use it.

I needed another printer, seems like every 1- 2 years the printers go out like cell phones time for upgrades.
