Very difficult to learn how to operate the fax portion. Other than that love all the features this 3 in 1 offers.

This a great compact printer and links up quick over wifi. Just make sure the UI screen is lifted all the way up. For some reason I had issues connecting when I lifted the panel half way instead of fully extending it.

I've always purchased all of my electronics from Best Buy ie, TVs, computers, printers, cell phone, tablets, print cartridges,etc. I have been pleased with my latest purchase of a printer and also the sales staff and Geek Squad.

Fairly easy set up. Love it being wireless. This is the second Canon printer I've purchased over the years, and am pleased with both of them. "Connected" to my iMac without problems.

Overall is a very good all in one printer with Win 10. Works well with Linux Mint 20 as well.

The printer maybe ok. It is not as well made as my previous Cannon printer. It is made of thin plastic material. I will be reluctant to make purchases from Best Buy online in the future. I didn’t receive any paper work at time of delivery and after numerous attempts I have been unable to get an invoice or a receipt for my (paid for) purchase.

Had no problems connecting my printer. No other comments.

This printer is used for my in-home personal use and meets all of my expectations. I particularly like the feature that allows me to print on both sides without me having to remove the paper and invert it.

Well, let me preface this by saying I ONLY used the wireless function. This printer is HORRIBLE. I add it to my MackBook and print, then the printer is no longer accessible to use again. I have to remove the printer from my laptop, reboot the printer, add it back to my laptop, then print again. If I DON'T print, the next time I intend to use it, I have to do the above again. Unacceptable. Never have I have a printer that just disappears like this. I will be exchanging it for an HP.

There is a reason this printer was the only one in stock. It will forget where it should pull paper. Paper capacity is very low on both inside and rear feed. Turns off constantly. Goes through ink like its water. It gets three stars instead of two because I haven't had the patience to go through the settings so some of these issues may be on me not setting it up.

I like cannon. The setup was easy however, the scanner only scans up to 10 pages at a time.

Runs through ink pretty quickly so order it early and often, stores don’t always have it in stock.

Works great. The only concern I have is finding ink. On place I looked said it was out of stock.

Love our new printer. Easy to use. Good to have Geek Squad get it set up in a pinch. Now we are happily printing away. Seems to be very well made as well.

I have this printer and scanner for 3 months now! We will see?

Just like the old model. Easy to change the ink. Challenging for a paper jam reset.

Really like this printer and the customer service from Canon is great. When I had some trouble setting up the printer they (customer service) walked me though the entire setup.

a little off in the installation process, could have been a little more user friendly

So far, so good. We replaced an earlier generation Canon with this one. Some features are the same, some better.

This printer has done everything I've needed thus far.
