Great printer/copier/scanner

Business as usual!
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it for my grandma, has a much bigger screen than the last one so it's easier to read. Works very well! Works great for sending documents and handling Realtor paperwork.

Look Further
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked sometimes. It needed way too much ink, too often. Too many error codes for nothing. Not reliable. I returned it to the store.

Poor Design! Not worth for the price!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paper tray is hard to put back once it is loaded with paper! Separate paper input for regular printing and picture printing! Has to open the front and pull out output guide to print! Keeps sending printer error before printing after a while! It's a headache to use! Takes a while to print separate print jobs!!! I do not recommend!

Scan feature isn't very good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer is good by the scanning feature is terrible. The scanned copies are hard to read and have a grey tint to the document. Also, setting up the wifi on the printer was a night mare. You have to call customer service to help you

Works great as a network machine!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this because I needed and all-in-one machine that would work on a network since we have multiple computers in the house. Works great and does exactly what I need it to do!

Not what was expected.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We wanted to replace a canon MX860 as parts were not available so I called the geek squad and asked what their updated model would be and they said the TR8620 would do all of the same functions. It does but it is nothing like the MX860 as far as ease of operation. The TR8620 is like a cheaper model that a person has to baby it through simple functions like printing, something we did not have to do with our MX860. I am very disappointed with the TR8620 and the geek squad recommendation.

Amazing
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it. It does so much better than what I had. The one I has was to fax and it was supposed to auto feed. It wasn’t that at all. So here we are with a canon. Love it!!!
