Product does as advertised but instructions are poor

Works well, the same as my old printer of the same model.

Wish my canon 870 could have lasted longer. This one is ok.

The family printer that lasted over 10 years went out try to find a decent printer for a replacement I believe this was the best replacement for the value

High quality printer at a low price. Prints perfect quality color and B/W. Connects to my phone to print off the phone. Great for home office.

The printer stopped working on Windows 11. I had to reinstall it. But during re-install, Canon wants to make changes to the Windows Firewall. Normally, I would not agree. But I had to get something done, so I agreed. The Canon has you agree to sending them "marketing information." This includes how often you scan, what kind of paper you use what kind of ink is installed. They say it's anonymous...but I'd rather not give them that information. All in all...very intrusive and I would think unnecessary.

It wasn’t an easy setup for me, but once it was set up and connected I have had no problems. Prints fast, I like it.

setup took longer than expected and its odd how the display screen needs to stick out to print, but hey, it works anf works well so far.

Very cheaply made compared to the Canon Pixma 892, which I used for many years without any issues. The printer seems to use excessive ink, even when on the lowest ink setting. Disappointed to find out that Best Buy's return policy is now fifteen days, instead of within thirty days. Would not recommend this printer to anyone. I plan to buy a better quality printer, and not from Best Buy.

Setup was easy after viewing "how-to" videos. A little slow but does a good job. Compact size. I would purchase again.

Prints nice pictures. Extremely disappointed I could not use their print prompt from Pinterest. Print set up for this model was not listed when programming. Cannot print documents like I wanted.

Not as good as my old cannon pixma, I absolutely loved that printer and this is a pretty sad new version. It has A LOT of trouble connecting to my wifi and computer. Not sure how long I’ll keep this

I don't know why they thought it was a good idea to put the touchscreen interface on a flimsy movable panel. Similarly, it seems like a questionable decision to put the handle to extend outfeed panel right above the handle to pull out the paper cassette - you have to reach blindly inside the machine to extend the outfeed table, and it's 50/50 if you'll pull the paper cassette out instead. On top of these big flaws, the screen is extremely bright - too bright to be used comfortably in a dark room or at night.

Awesome printer ... has done a great job on all my picture projects ... just wish it had come with a paper guide / instruction book .
