Got this for my home office. Does most of the things I need it to do. The one thing that it doesn't that my old Canon AIO did was duplex scan (it can duplex print). Over all it is good for the price IF you can get it on sale. My old printer lasted 10 years so hoping this will last just as long.

Plug & Play with an easy app install. App is pretty intuitive as well. Great prints on plain copy paper even with color. Pricey ink but aren't they all.

I purchased this printer as an upgrade/replacement for my Canon Pixma TR8500. So far it has been great. Easy set up, easy wireless connection with all our devices. I have not only printed documents but have made copies and scans. It is easy to navigate with the display. So far so good!

The printer prints great and is easy to use. What I don’t like is that you cannot buy the ink cartridges separate. If you run out of blue, you have to buy blue, yellow, magenta and black . The printer is a good price but the ink costs are astronomical!

A true multi-purpose printer. Excellent scanning results. Only downside is it may seem a little complicated for those who are used to very simple printers.

Worked great printing envelopes, and is reliable for everyday printing. I wish the front panel opened automatically when printing remotely, like my orevious Canon Pixma. Instead, I have to leave it open and the print tray out at all times.

Very good reasonably priced multifunctional inkjet printer. It was easy to set up and the print quality is very good.

I have a purchased a few Canon printers. This is a newer version of one I have previously owned so setup was easy. After downloading the drivers needed, it is fairly user friendly. I was able to show my 12 yr old nephew how to make copies of his hand-drawn comics! I recommend it.

So far, the printer works well. My son was able to easily install it. It is very light compared to the previous Canon printer. Also a little bit smaller. It takes a little bit of time to get accustomed to the paper tray not being visible all the time....have to remember to lift the front panel up each time so the paper can exit. The touch panel is easy to follow...no trouble printing. I have not yet had a need to scan so no futher comments at this time.

I have had this printer for a week now, and have no complaints. It was easy to setup, and the operation has been painless. We are not heavy users. So I withheld one star simply because I have yet to use all the features. The small footprint relative to its competition was a positive selling point for us.

Very easy setup! Lightweight for picking up. Only complaint so far is that the paper tray appears very low quality. When you pull it out it feels like would break easily and does not hold near the amount of paper my previously purchased printers have held though its sufficient enough for home use.

Print quality is excellent. Photo quality is good...not the best. Control panel has to be lifted up to use but has nothing to support it so when you press an item on the display, the panel moves and has to be repositioned. Printers in general aren't as solid as they once were.

This is an amazing printer with amazing features. It prints professional quality pictures. Easy to hook up and sync to your phone.

This printer gets the job done. Set up is easy if you follow the instructions, but the wireless setup is little convoluted compared to the MX922 I had. Its fairly light weight so moving around should not be an issue. feels flimsy and cheap, the paper cassette is extremely small, the paper feed for auto-feed doesn't hold a large file. From MX922 to TR8620 feels like a downgrade of sort, very cheap quality of plastic used throughout - nothing feels sturdy or solid. I wanted a printer at a short notice and did not want to spend a lot, so this one fit the criteria. I certainly don't regret, but with time on my hand would have looked for a better one. Hope it lasts for a couple of years. If you are considering buying this, please check out the display unit at your local BB

Love this printer. There are a few things that did not work as expected but I was able to figure out they system quickly. You can not have it networked to a computer at the same time the wifi option is turned off but with the awesome touch screen it is easy to switch back an forth. The front and back printing is awesome awesome since it is done by the printer and I don't have to take time to figure out how to turn the paper. The feeding tray also very easy to use. Overall very please with this purchase.

Great printer for the price. Easy to set up. Needed something to work from home and this printer does exactly what I need.
