Low inventory, but I was able to find a Canon printer in stock, Previous Canon required many hours of tech support (understatement), was only 18 months old when it died. I like the photo quality so I purchased a higher priced Canon. So far so good.

I bought this because I had a PIXMA before and it lasted for years!! I have had time to use, and I am not that impressed with it. In order for it to print on both sides I have to take the paper out of the slot and place it on the tray to print the second side. It does not do it automatically. The paper gets jammed a little too much for me - I use it on occasion. I do like that it sits out of the way on my desk - not to big or bulky. I gave it 3 stars because the previous printer automatically printed 2 sides to a page when instructed to.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Purchased for the self feed feature. Saves a lot of time. Would recommend.

This is the next generation of Canon printers which we like. It is a nice size and easy to operate.

I finally gave up on this printer. The wireless is so frustrating. It didn't matter which method, or what settings, I chose. Spent hours trying to get it to be consistent. By the end, I could print but no one else ever could.

I love this new printer it Bluetooth to my iPhone is very easy to operate

For a home printer, Canon has been my favorite printer for many years. Print quality is great but my main reason is that the ink comes separate so can replace any color rather than throwing out an entire cartridge when one color runs out.

I bought this over a year ago and have not even gotten it out of the box.

So far we are very happy with our new printer! The print quality is excellent and there has been no jamming. This is a new ink cartridge system for us. It may seem daunting at first to have multiple cartridges to replace, however I believe it may actually be more economical than the two cartridge system.

Easy to set up. I would have preferred a printer with refillable ink reservoir, but it was not available at the time of my purchase. I replaced another canon printer, with this similar model. Prefer it to the HP printer I had before

Good all around pinter. Havee not tred photo primting yet but documents with color illutrations lok good. Print speed on first page somewhat slow. Anoying indication of paper jam and instructions to remove jammed paper when there is no paper jam.

Well....we had to just have a Canon printer. Our 12-year old Canon printer just turned up its little printer toes and died. What a great machine that was and this one, hopefully, will service us just as well. Of course, being retired doesn't mean we print too much anymore but what we have printed finds us loving the clarity and easiness of use of the new machine. Life is good. Thanks Best Buy - our sales person directed us to just what we needed to have.

Great wifi printer scanner and fax. Very easy set up with automatic shipments for ink if you choose.

Wanted a cloud printer as my old Canon printer cannot print from my apple devices and chromebook. I first purchased an HP But had to return as it died after setup. Decided to just get another Canon and glad I did. This was easy to setup and had all the features I needed. I wished it had a USB drive to save my scanned documents but found I can send directly to my Google Drive. I was so happy!!! Great printer for my home office!

I've only used this about 2 weeks but I'm very pleased with it. I've only used it to print something right from the computer. It seems to work well, just I expect Canon products to work. This is my second Canon printer.
