We bought this printer because of CANON's photo quality reputation and the individual [color] ink cartridges. Upon inspection of the printer I was not impressed with the cheap feel and look, especially the cover for the flatbed scanner. We set it up, but could not even use it because of an error message that kept telling us to remove a foreign object that was nowhere to be found and did not exist. We will definitely be returning to exchange for an HP printer!

I have been a Nikon guy throughout my life and I have avoided anything Canon. Anything. This is a first for me. A Canon. I know this is a printer. But boy, am I impressed. At this price point this is a great deal. If the price increases even by 10 bucks then one star needs to be deducted. Design and Color: Nice and eye-catching. I have the white version. Performance: Excellent It has bluetooth. So you can connect your smartphone and computers and get the job done. It has Wifi: You can connect easily using your home network and print quickly. It has the Canon App support: you can simply download it in your devices and anything you want to print will get channelized through to the printer. Very easy. It has USB: You just need a cable (that is not provided) and you can do this the old-fashioned way. Set-up: Easy. Keep scanning the QR code and it will guide you step by step. or you can just follow the manual. The alignment part takes 6 minutes. But the rest of it is easy. Speed: The description says 15 pages per minute for B and W while 10 per minute for Colors. Good speed for home use. But honestly, I think it might be a little slower than the above but it depends on the job at hand. For older people: this thing can take prints, make copies, and scan documents. You can connect your computers through USB or bluetooth or apps. You can connect your phones through all of the above as well, maybe avoiding the USB option if you don't have the cable. Ink: 5 types of ink colors are used. When you run out of one, just replace that one. You do not need to buy all 5. Photo Print: Actually does quite a commendable job. I printed couple of 4X6 and they came out very nice. Just remember to get the glossy paper or the matte finish ones. What else? It is a good buy at this price point. Well designed and user friendly. It is not huge but is not that little either.

    Connectivity problems galore

Setup problems and continous problem with connectivity: I have used a older version of PIXMA printer and i wouldn't say it was fanatstic, but it did the job for the money I paid. It suddenly stopped working after 3 years and hence I went for another PIXMA. This printer TS6320 is very fragile and the parts almost seem like they are broken, but they are not in literal sense. The major pain point is the connectivity. downloading the drivers on to my MacBook and iPhone took me more than and 1 hr. I am ok with a a first time setup that may take longer. But it beats the whole purpose, when it doesn't help in this work from home and school from home situation. Everytime I try to print from my iPhone or computer, it says, connection cannot be established. This is a terrible experience. I cannot just spend $129 and get this horrible junk machine. It is going back. I am not sure who are all the people giving this printer 4 and 5 stars.

have you eva heard the saying, "If you bought the item cheap... then item is cheap..." I got a really good bundle deal with this printer and when I got home, I found out why! The pages I had printed were like I was printing in the year 1995. I returned this item

Not to big for desktop.Excellent photo prints not much difference from my professional photo printer but a lot cost to operate and replacement ink than my 8 tank pro printer. This is great for home use not a lot of bells and whistles but does everything you need for home and school projects at a low price to buy and operate. The scanner has great resolution and excellent copy print outs, simple menu up and running in minutes the paper catch tray can be set to auto open and close. I use it for 4x6 photos and I am very impressed over photo quality. A great low budget printer with impressive quality printing capabilities.

The setup took forever. The direction are vague and unclear. I thought it would be an all in one printer. But the scan feature seems to be for just phone use. Sending pictures to the printer and printing. I needed to be able to scan and save my child’s school documents. Very disappointed.

Liked my last Canon printer better!! Just plugged the computer into the printer and that was it!! Been away, but tomorrow I'll watch the Set-up CD. Hopefully it will solve my problem!! I should have learned more about this one before I ordered it!! Next time I need something, I'll go right to the store....not buy online!

Review for Canon - PIXMA TS6320 Color All-In-One Printer - White This printer replaces a ten year-old unit and just in time! I found the instructions for setup to be very well done. I’ve installed a lot of printers and I’d say the setup for this Canon was one of the best ever. The instructional docs are a perfect blend of “just enough” if you’re comfortable with tech and “extra” if you need a little hand holding. The QR codes with videos detailed anything you may have a problem with as you go through the install. I’d like to say that setting up the wireless connection to my desktop system was as easy as the initial setup, but I couldn’t get it to work as specified. Luckily, the instructions show an alternate connection method where you use the printer to find the network instead of finding the printer from the desktop computer. When I tried this, I was connected and printing in less than five minutes! The footprint for this printer is very nice. It’s compact for a printer/copier/scanner type of device. The print output tray pops out on its own when you print. The scanner platen allows for single sheets or thicker items like books and magazines. The print quality is very good. although it is not a very fast output. I’ll take quality over speed, however! I prefer the multiple ink cartridges this printer uses to the typical one-piece cartridges. They seem much less wasteful.

this printer was returned because it would not work. The ink cartridge exploded when opened, was sent a replacement cartridge, for which I was charged $20.99, and it was not compatible with the printer. I returned both the printer and the ink cartridge. Was credited for the printer, but not the ink cartridge. Still waiting for my credit of $20.99. I should not have been charged for the replacement ink cartridge, as I was sent a defective one with the printer. I am definitely not happy with service from Best Buy

In a nutshell, this is a good quality all-in-one printer. The TS6320 would be perfect for a high school or college student. Home or small office printer? …not so much, but only because of limited capacity, as listed below. It has a relatively small footprint and is fairly lightweight. The cost is very reasonable and will only get lower as time goes on (or on Black Friday/Cyber Monday). Note: Almost all of the “cons” that I’ve listed can be corrected by spending a bit more for a different printer, so one would just need to realize what they’re getting for their money…and if it’s a necessity. Cons — Wish the main feed tray held more sheets of paper. Wish it had a document feeder for the scanner. Wish it had the availability of a USB connection as a backup if wifi is down. Not for an office setting. Slow double-sided documents. Pros — Very crisp printing. Always a plus having the individual ink tanks for colors and black. Great for photos. Good contrast. Great for young students — or for a home environment with limited printing/scanning needs.

The black ink runs out well before the fill cartridges. The cost of the black ink is really expensive. I thought it was a great deal, but it has cost way more than what I aid for the printer.
