The quality of this printer was not what I was looking for. Poor photo quality, not easy to use. Sometimes it would print just fine other times I would have to push buttons. I returned it and purchased an HP.

It only prints when it feels like it. Sometime up to a day later. I bought it only because it uses the same print cartridges as my other Canon which I love.

This is a good product if you are willing to pay substantial amount in color ink cartridges even if you only need to print black and white pages. For some reason, it needs color cartridges even when you need to print in black. They have a 'gray scale' mode and normal (color) mode, but both the modes use color ink and printer wont function without full color cartridges. They have not mentioned this anywhere is their product description.

When it's working (as in staying connected) I love it. However, it repeatedly disconnects and is SO complicated to get it working.

Printer would not recognize the yellow ink cartridge. Went out and bought a replacement Yellow, but the printer would not recognize it either, no matter how many times I went through a power cycle and restarted the setup procedure. This particular printer won’t do *anything* without a full complement of ink cartridges. I was unable to exchange as no replacement in stock, so I had to return the printer, but now am out the cost of an ink cartridge. Total number of pages printed = 0. Complete failure.

Printer printed with print lines. Tried everything to get them gone but ultimately had to return it. I print stickers so I needed a clean print.

I could not connect to the internet to connect my computer because doing so interrupted my wireless connection. And USB is not sized right . Will return and eat the “re-packaging “ charge. Tech support as promised is a total lie.

Canon - PIXMA TS6320 all in one printer is a nice device for a student or a person / Family with limited job size (low volume) and gives you photo-quality color prints, including borderless photo printing. The TS6320 is a 5 individual cartridge printer allowing you to replace only the colors you use most and is actually thriftier than a two-cartridge printer. The printer has a resolution of the printer is 4800 x 1200 dpi with only 3072 color nozzles and 1024 pigment black nozzles totaling 4096. And does Auto Duplexing. If you are doing only black and white prints, then an inexpensive laser printer would probably serve you better with an increase in speed and print cost. The TS6320 box is compact and has a 1.44-inch OLED display and LED status bar that provides printer and print job status and a flat plate type scanner with lid at the top of the unit. This allows for an easy setup process and updated user interface over last year's model. For Scanning functionality you get 2-on-1 Copy, Auto Exposure Copy, Document Copy, Fit-to-Page, Photo Copy, Reduction/Enlargement (25% – 400%), Standard Copy, & Two-Sided Copy. The printer does not have an option for a document feeder. The wireless printing functionality is extensive with Wi-Fi, AirPrint, Mopria, Bluetooth, and Cloud printing options and integration options for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. It also has IFTTT functionality (If This Than That) You can set up wireless printing from your phone with both iOS and Android apps. It is also capable of using Bluetooth, wired Ethernet and direct USB cable. There is no support for USB thumb drives or SD Cards. The paper tray holds about 30 pages, Print tray automatically opens and closes when the printer is powered on/off, further keeping the footprint small

This printer does not print and it is very expensive with the ink. Have been going through many problems with not printing and customer service required payment. Spent a lot of money buying ink and problem persisted. Ink does not last. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

Called cannon because I kept getting an error code. They said there was a virus on on of our electronics. We only have 2 cell phones, 2 tablets and the new lap top. I wasn't trying to connect any other devise. Never heard on this before. I can't take it back because of the shut down. Can't get an appointment to go in to return it.

I have used many printers through years and I am always on the lookout for a good one. This Canon comes at a great price point and has everything I need. Color printing, small form factor, photo printing, scanning and copying. Setup was a breeze through the Canon app, probably the easiest wifi setup i've ever experienced on a printer. Once I loaded some paper in, easy, printing from my iphone and Mac was quick and simple. This is also a cool little printer, the activity light is a nice touch and the double sided printing is something I have not seen from a printer at this price point before.

A pain to set up, and even worse, I could not get pictures to size correctly to the photo paper size I was using. I bought as a gift so that parents could print out pictures of grandkids-

I was getting error messages when attempting to replace the ink cartridges. I used the manufacturer recommended ink and still getting errors. I wasted about $200 in ink trying to get it to work.
