Had a very nice Pixma MX922 that failed with a B200 error. Decided to pick up the TS6420 to replace it. Printer is a total mess. Won't stay connected. Uses tons of ink. Paper jams. Avoid unless you enjoy frustration.

This is a nice little printer for under $100. It was a little confusing setting it up, but I used YouTube, and I figured it out.

This printer is great!! I can send a printing from my phone. My husband can send one from his desk top in another room.

Great printer, does everything that's listed for product. Ink cartridges are reasonably priced too.

The compatibility of this made it miserable to setup. Had to try installing and finding the drivers for over an hour and because it doesn’t come with a cable to direct connect it, it only made the process more frustrating.

WAS A LITTLE CHEAPER THAN MY ORIGINAL CANON 2600 PRINTER HOWEVER THE INK WAS MORE EXPENSIVE

Not user friendly and no printed user manual. I had to go online for user directions. I was very frustrated in my efforts to get this set up for use. I have to bend over to view the tiny screen for commands.

Needed a simple color printer and scanner for home use. A little tedious to set up but not difficult. Gets the job done!

Easy to install for senior citizens. Being a senior citizen technology is sometimes very difficult for me.

Bought this for my son in college. It’s sleek and compact design fits well in his dorm room. Works great!

Great printer for the price, I can print on 110lb card stock from the rear tray with no problems!

Worst printer ever!!! I regret ever buying it. My HP printer lasted over 6 years. I had to finally replace it with this dumb printer and it sucks. The paper always gets stuck, it can't detect the paper, it can't detect if it's printing from the rear tray or the other one. It's a mess. I hate it and I miss my HP. Oh and the ink already ran out and I've only had it for 3 months with minimal printing.

I love you can print from your phone. I will admit sometimes it’s hard to connect to.

The Canon-Pixma prints really well, beautiful color. Was really easy to set up on my computer and cell.

Getting used to it and its quirks, but really beginning to like it. Some things still to check out.

I would have rated it higher but am totally baffled as to why Canon did not include a manual. It’s such an inconvenience to constantly search on the internet whenever I have questions about features.

Does what I expected and needed it to do with out a bunch of hassle.
